        Not gluten friendly!! I am appalled at the ignorance I witnessed during my visit to Red Lobster in Gainesville. I have Celiac disease and cannot come in contact with gluten. The waitress could not answer any questions about which foods were safe for me to eat, which is not altogether uncommon. However, when the manager came to speak with me, even he couldn't tell me which foods were safe for me to consume. This is unacceptable. The worst part is, no one even apologized or offered a solution to this dilemma. I've never felt so embarrassed or mistreated for something I have no control over. I WILL NOT return. This is an issue that needs to be handled at the top.
