Established in 2004, our company provides accounting, tax and audit services to small businesses, private individuals and nonprofits. The founder and principal, Blair C. Diaz, is a certified public accountant with more than fifteen years of public accounting experience in a wide range of business and nonprofit sectors. Her career as an auditor with Coopers & Lybrand, LLP and later as a manager for seven years with a local firm gave her experience with a variety of large, mid-sized and small companies on a national, regional and local community basis. While the primary focus of our company is on audit and review engagements for businesses and nonprofits, our seasoned staff also provides other accounting services including bookkeeping, payroll, compilations, Quickbooks consulting, tax planning and tax preparation. Our goal is to improve our clients' financial reporting processes to provide accurate and informative financial reports to improve decision making.
