It took two full days to receive a wire.They refused to get involved with the 2nd party Credit Union it had to go through. They blew me off and told me that sometimes "it takes 3 or 4 days for a wire to come through" ON A CONTINENTAL WIRE!!!! Finally I got someone to help me, she told me it was "stuck in the cue" "You know how computers can be"....and promised me she found it and had deposited in in my account, only to find out, in fact she had not deposited it in my account, she deposited in my daughter in law's account!!! Next day spoke with the VP, she got it worked out and told me that it was finally deposited in my account. But, when asked what happened, and why it had not been deposited in my account when I had been told it was, she said, "Well, this has just been a mix up from the beginning. We don't know what happened." Which was a lie, she knew it had been wrongly deposited into my daughter in law's account and lied about it. I expect integrity in a banking institution, and found out, when I needed it most, that HallCo has a HUGE problem with integrity. I have been a member for quite a while, but will be closing my account and going elsewhere after this nightmare!!! (So are my son and daughter in law!)I understand that mistakes happen, and would have stayed had this VP been honest, but, that was the straw that broke the camel's back! VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!!
