I was becoming nervous acknowledging the fact I had to arrive on time to a scheduled destination. I called a few cab companies on the day of my scheduled departure, 11/25/16, but met with answering service. I felt disappointed. The hotel I stayed quickly recommended "Luxury Cab Service." I called and Ms. Kenya Marshall, the manager and a very professional individual, responded quickly and courteously to my call. I was picked up promptly from the hotel and taken to my destination on time. The service was wonderful. Luxury Cab Service is now my taxi company of choice and well deserves A++++. Thank you Ms. Kenya and staff. You saved my day.
Wow...! Roosevelt was so fast.. Didn't wait any longer than 2 mins for him to get to us! Very laid back. Definitely using his service again!

hopped in a cab with a bunch of friends after a night of drinking... one of us happened to leave his phone in the van. we called up gatorcab and they found the phone for us no problem. they even held onto the phone for a few extra days since we had already made plans to leave the city the next morning. encountered nothing but good customer service here.
I recommend this company to everybody, the drivers are good people and the taxis are neat and clean. I use their service frequently and they are always on time! :)
The driver, Brandon, was very courteous and punctual. Fare was relatively inexpensive, too ($12 for 3.5 mile drive). The only negative thing was when I learned that he didn't have his card reader (his brother had it), and was forced to use my non-native card in the Wells Fargo ATM outside of the Reitz and had to pay a $3.00 surcharge. Otherwise, highly recommended!UPDATE (7/29/2013): Brandon recently acquired a card reader and now accepts credit cards. :)He also waited for me for an additional 20 minutes because I was running late. On top of that, when I brought up the ATM surcharge, he took $3.00 off my fare. Awesome! Likely won't use any other cab service!
I used Bestway Cab twice, both for going to the airport very early in the morning. They were always on time, and the price was very reasonable (I forgot as it was a long time ago). Good service. I'll continue to use them.

not to call them. I called over two hours early before I needed a ride just to get a price estimate of how much it would cost me to get somewhere from my apartment to where I wanted to go. The guy answered the phone, so I told him where I wanted to go and wondered how much it would cost me to get a ride there. The guy simply told me that he was with a customer right now and told me to call back. If the driver was too busy to take trip reservations or talk on the phone, he should have just let the phone's voicemail pick up. If I thought it would have been necessary, I would have left him a message and wanted a call back, not a "I'm busy with a customer right now. Call back!"
