Very noisy with open air basketball/volleyball court, conversations and cell phone use on exercise equipment /treadmills. Gets really annoying at times. Would recommend other gyms in town than this one. Nice place but just too noisy.

Great gym overall. Parking is a problem. Lockers something difficult. Can be very noisy with open air basketball and volleyball courts with no monitoring, folks on phones and conversations between folks on exercise equipment. Get a good set of noise cancelling headsets.
Not often you find a Judo dojo that let's you train 5 days a week and this place is legit. First two classes are free, give it a try, nothing to lose by trying.
The negative reviews here were written by past students who were asked to leave the dojo due to their unethical treatment of the sport, the club, and the members; giving quite some irony to the situation. It's sad to see such unethical behavior from people like them, when this is supposed to be a sport about camaraderie and support. This is a great dojo with a new location 1213 NW 16th street right next to the CVS on 16th and 13th. Come check it out, for $65 a month you get to train 5 days a week!! Not 2 days a week like some other place. The first two classes are free too, so there is no risk. Sensei Ron was not only a world champion in Isshinryu Karate but has trained Olympian Judoka and national champions!! This place is legit.
The most fun I've ever had in a workout! Great environment, sweaty fun! Perfect mind, body challenge for a workout that I'm never bored with!
