DO NOT RENT FROM GORE-RABELL. If you wish to be treated with common decency than forget about this business. Gore-Rabell works with landlords that knowingly break county code enforcement and the law. Your safety and we'll being is of no concern to Gore-Rabell and the slumlords that hire them.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I am an owner of a condo in the area. I was given paperwork and information. After two days of courting me, the manager who was out the first day calls and tells me that they are not taking my property. My guess is that is it Cricket Club. Your loss.....
I've had to deal with this company several times for help with my neighborhood and projects. They are always professional and return my calls. I Googled them and they have a lot of awards, too.
Won't return calls until it's convenient for them and I'm still waiting on my deposit and I moved out over a month ago!
If you are a student, stay away from Turlington Realty. Worst experience I've had so far and I'm only two months into my lease. Upon move-in, the fridge had to be serviced four times because it was not cooling properly, the dryer knobs were all broken, holes were not patched, and carpet was stained and dirty even though it was supposed to be (steam-cleaned) prior to my move-in. The elderly woman they have as a receptionist is the WORST human being I have ever met. I've never met someone with such little customer service and with extreme rudeness as her. I hate calling Turlington because I hate having to deal with that woman. Unfortunately, I think she's family so that's why they haven't fired her yet.Alicia is another one who is difficult to work with. She seems friendly and kind when you're signing your papers and once it's processed she becomes like the receptionist. Everything is your fault and Turlington will never take responsibility for their lack of oversight on their properties. If you decide to rent from them, document every call, photo, etc. because you're in for an uphill battle with them.
Don't ever rent from Gore-Rabell! They are the worst company to rent from. They won't deal with the infestations that were there when we moved into the house, they won't replace the disgusting carpets that are in the house from the previous owners who didn't take care of it. The owner is a rude man and doesn't care about the happiness and safety of his tendents. We even have an infant in the house and the man couldn't care less about that either, he'd rather him live in the gross infested house than take care of simple things that could have simply been avoided if he had taken the time to scan the house after the previous tendents moved out. I advise you to stay away from this company at all costs, for the sake of your happiness and safety.
I completely agree! thanks for taking my stuff! you gave me until Monday to move out, then changed the locks, WHAT?!
The worst rental experience I have ever had. They don't have a good grasp on keeping paperwork in order and their clients pay for it. An acquaintance and I both have experiences of being lied to. I do not recommend.
I lived in one of the properties owned by Reeb Inc for one year. From the beginning the experience had hints of problems. When I first moved in there was still a hole in one of the walls and some other problems around the house, it took them about a month to fix those problems. Throughout the course of my stay there, any work order that needed to be done would take forever. One time there was a hole in the floor, that I actually hurt myself on when it first broke, it took them about 3 months for that problem. From the beginning there was problems with my A/C, which I had voiced my concern over multiple times, and when they finally arrived, about 2 months before I moved out, all they did was clean out the radiator behind the house. But that isn't even the worse of it. After all was said and done, they throw a letter at me telling me I owe them money for things like repainting the house, repairing the A/C, late fees which had already been paid, and completely replacing a poorly functioning gas stove because there was some grease on it. All of these things are redundant or their responsibility, and now I owe them money for it?All in all, I recommend being homeless over living here.
By far the worst place I have ever lived. The landlord Sherry does not do background checks all you need is cash and anyone can move in. On top of that the place is cheaply built you can hear your neighbors talk in the next room as well as walk above you. I would not recommend my dog to even live here.
