This place was a disgrace some of the staff was nice but most of the nurses were rude and showed no compassion for the patients while my mom was there for rehab the nurses on the night shift stole her narcotic pain medications while she laid there and cried in pain for it. The food was bad mostly sandwiches the sheets were never changed their response for calls were very slow family had to empty the bedside potty more than the staff because they would leave it the bathroom sewer drain stank to high heaven and there were roaches she was there for therapy and the last week she got moved to a new room and did not receive therapy that whole week because the therapist thought she had left they allowed her roommate to sit there in a wheelchair all day with urine on her and dripping under her chair they gave her sweets and she was diabetic and they allowed her to slip and fall while helping her in bed her daughter feared for her health and safety and wanted her sent back to the hospital because of her heart condition and fall and they would not let her. I would not recommend this hell hole to anyone it was a tramatic experience it is disgusting that our older generation have to be subjected to this place

I rate this place a negative ZERO. My father had to be rushed to the ER because they allowed his blood sugar to drop to 28. He is a diabetic. Didn't get breakfast until 10 am. He asked for someone for hours to help him get dress & nobody came to help him. My mother had to help him which was around the time breakfast showed up. Then they wanted to help him get dress but he was eating so he declined until he was done. AND guess what NOBODY was around to help NOBODY at the nurses station, not a sole to talk with & get any kind of help. So My elderly mother helped him. He was cold & wanted to go back t sleep so my mom covered him up, picked up his oxygen line and went back home. She get a call a little while later stating they had an emergency with my dad & needed to take him to the ER. THAT emergency was that my father had passed out due to his blood sugar !!! It took them over 40 mins to get him to the ER when it is just behind the hospital. REALLY. But wait they had to shave him & give him a hair cut before he went to the ER. So your trying to cover up things that should have been done to begin with & are willing to KILL a pt over not having him shaved & needing a haircut. REALLY!!!! What kind of place are you running. I would not recommend this place for my dog.

My mom weighed 96 lbs and could get up and walk with a walker when she was admitted. She was discharged with a weight of 80 lbs and is not safe to walk even with a walker, even though her discharge papers say she can. She was also discharged with a UTI, bedsores, and a large cyst on her back, which no staff member informed me about. AVOID THIS FACILITY AT ALL COSTS!!!The care during the week is definitely higher quality on the weekends. The aides on the weekends are snippy and rude. Communication with family members is sorely lacking. My mom has been there for nearly a month and is in worse shape than when she went in, and I cannot get anyone there to return my phone calls. No one called me when she got sick, I had to find out when I came to visit. There was something that looked like feces on her phone and when I informed the aide about it, she told me that they clean the rooms twice a month. Only after my 16 yr old daughter asked for gloves and wipes did they send for someone to come clean.
I was there for over 3 weeks for injury recovery. Pros: Some of the staff was attentive, kind, top notch, some of the meals were more than edible, there were some activities, physical therapy providedCons: Some of the staff were way over worked (possibly understaffed) therefore long wait times for necessities and some were rude (dismissive, leaving in mid shift) , most of the food was inedible (as a result , I lost a lot of weight), the bed didn't work as needed, the sheets weren't changed the whole time, I and my family were also given a couple of hours notice of my discharge time so I had no time to prepare and lied to about this
