Three strikes, your out Gainesville Sun... 1) Obituary announcement of approx. 120 words cost $94! 2) Called to cancel my deceased mother's daily newspaper and after saying "sorry for your loss" they tried to sell me weekend delivery! 3) In recent years, a high profile journalist contracted for our services; instead of calling on the phone to cancel, a note was left on their door saying they felt bad about the circumstance and needed to quit. This kind of behavior makes me wonder if some college grads passed their ethics course!!
