Service Master Co

We've been trying to get our house checked for mold damage for over 3 months and have never been able to get an estimate after the inspection. I'm not able to rate the expertise level because we've never gotten a service. The lack of any response whatsoever from the team warrants a 0 zero promptness. Not only that, when I called the main line to inquire about the estimate and why we haven't heard back, the receptionist suggested the reason for the lack of communication from ServiceMaster was because my parents didn't speak English. HORRIBLY unprofessional and racist suggestion to make just from our last name even though we are US citizens and born and raised. Please don't use this service.

My husband was very ill my wash mechine line broke in the middle of the night. I woke up to find that there was water up to my ankles when I slipped out of bed in the middle of the night. My husband was to ill to help, I called my insurance company and they told me to call ServiceMaster. ServiceMaster came to my home at 4:00 am. they saved my furniture, dried my children things. With my husband being ill I could not be there to check on things, Tim Miller with ServiceMaster made sure my home was well taken care of and everything was in place before I brought my husband and children home. I had a huge flood in my home. Every room was affect. I called ServiceMASTER Clean and they were there in a matter of minutes to help me clean this mess up. They asured me everything would be ok and that they would fix my home even better then before. I was able to get back in my home in just a couple weeks and the house looked perfect. I would recomend This company to anyone. I also plan to have my carpets and sofas cleaned by this company. Every holiday I get compliments on how nice I keep my furniture. It's not me Its ServiceMaster is what I tell everyone.

My home flooded in the middle of the night, I called ServiceMaster Clean and with in one hour at 3am on a saturday night they were at my home talking to my insurance company any restoring my property. This was one of the worst things that ever happened to me and ServiceMaster was a god send. I couldn't afford to pay my deductible because I recently had to quit work and take care of my sick husband, the owner allowed me to make interest free payments, he even put my husband, grand daughter, and my self in a hotel room for free so that we could get some rest.
