About Rafferty ToolRafferty Machine and Tool began doing business in 1972 and has since established a fine reputation for service and dependability as a Machine Job Shop in North Central Florida. We have an enviable record of producing quality machine parts and systems for various industries. Tooling and fixtures compose the bulk of work for one of our major clients. We serve the machining needs of businesses in such industries as electrical components manufacturing, communications, metal forming, mobile drilling equipment, office machines, medical instruments, research and others.We have the capacity with our CNC controlled milling machines and lathes to produce multiples of identical parts. We can also give our attention to small orders or even a single piece. Repeat orders for precision parts have been a significant element in the growth of our service.With the versatile capabilities of a well-equipped machine shop, we can handle a variety of requirements including manual and CNC controlled milling and lathe work, jig boring, precision grinding, sheet metal and framework fabrication, heli-arc, arc and oxy-acetylene welding.We have developed equipment and complete assemblies of complex systems for a number of satisfied customers. These assemblies include prototype machinery, optical instruments and research equipment.
