Mark McGriff - State Farm Insurance Agent

Horrible, horrible, horrible! Do yourself a favor and find another insurance provider. I wish negative stars were an option for this rating system. I transferred my account from a wonderful State Farm agent in Arkansas and it was all downhill from there. Since February 2021 I have fought with the Mark McGriff office to have my bill corrected. Practically every month it was wrong and I even went in person to meet with Mark and still no resolve. My account was small (e.g., car insurance and renter's insurance) and they certainly made me feel insignificant. The Mark McGriff office could not even cancel my account the right way!!! They canceled it a day earlier leaving a gap in my coverage which also needed to be corrected. Absolute nightmare.

Run in the opposite direction!
