        Ineffective and awful customer service. I spent over 20K for materials on home renovation at this store. Today I stopped by to return one bag of concrete. Bought too many bags and want to return the unused one so someone can use it. Cannot recycle it. It worths just a few bucks but the heavy load I got to get in and out of the car counts. In front of me were 3 customers and all were served in my patience. When it came to my turn the man just picked up the phone and long conversations started. Behind me was nobody else, three people before me were all white. Racist? 10 minutes later I was still a ghost. I just got to tell him I leave the bag there and left. Lowes should seriously train their workers, or get a new general maneger. Tons of one star ratings on google.

        This store needs new Management!

        Every special order from this store has been a total disaster.

        Cabinets ordered - screwed up, couldnt tell what I order and/or what they had given me. Refused to print my order and have no idea why.

        Window order and install cancelled after windows delivered as their so called install scheduling people and idiot installers couldn't keep their lying stores straight. Waited to schedule install until the windows were dropped off at my door without notice!

        Most needed items never in stock.

        Customer support personnel usually to busy chatting with each other to provide the customer with any help. (One young Lady was helpful) but I'm sure she'll either quit or be forever scared or changed as the stores Management doesn't help correct any issue and is oblivious to their stores blatantly obvious issues!

        Horrible management at this store. Get your cart from the parking lot on your way in. That's where they store them..lol

        This is the worst Lowes I've ever seen. No wonder the reviews are so terrible here. The last one I read described it as "Ghetto Lowes"

        The day I was there the customer service department was covered by two huge black women that stood there and talked with five people in line.

        The store manager , also black, stood by and watched them and laughed while she chatted with the HR director, also black and 300 lbs.

        I stood in a department for an hour and asked for help five times and was ignored.
