        Overall

        Horrible service, twice! First trip, I made an appointment, but when I arrived they were too busy and did not have anyone available for their appointment. I waited half an hour before someone would assist.



        Second trip, there was no one else in the store. I was the only customer. While I was trying on bridal gowns I was told "if you want a waist, you should lose some weight." She did not apologize, and I left the store.
