i purshased a220 jeep from gateway auto sales on 39th ave in march of 2013. Was told they would replace the rear end in this jeep. i have gotten nothing but a run around and a bunch of excuses since then and needless to say the jeep is parked because the work has not been done. it has been in2 different shops when he told me to take it to and the problem still hasn't been taken care of. the first shop had the jeep a told of 8 days and did nothing to it because the dealer did not want to spend the money for the repairs. the second shop was suppose to replace the rear end and was told by the dealer to to it the cheapest way out, The rear end was not replaced and now the jeep is parked because the rear end needs to be replaced. if you decide to purchase a car from gateway used cars be careful of what you get and what you are told.

signed up fo a class in nashville as soon as i recievied the flyer,april 2010. the class was to be given in nashville on sunday, june 13th @ 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. cedo had cashed my check but, had not sent a conformation #. i called and was told by david that i was the 1st. to send in my money and appl. he said he had not got around to sending out the conformations as yet but, everything was a go. i set out for nashville on sat the 12th. drove around nashville found th hotel the classes were to be held, spent the night and got up early sun morning to be on time to class. my husband dropped me off. to my horror cedo (david wood) HAD NOT RESERVED A ROOM FOR THE CLASS. other opticians were there for the class but they all live alot closer to nashville. when i reached CEDO by phone he told me he had tried to call m to cancel , i requested my phone records, he tried to call at 3:30 pm o sat. i had already left for nashville. he keeps telling me he will refund my money, " its in the mail" that a lie. he no longer answers my calls. what can i do?

My mail was returned "address insufficient".
