My husband needed the assistance of Stephen Bagen law firm and we were assigned to Mr. Brockway. This was a long process but Mr. Bagen's office kept us updated by phone and we even received letters regarding the status of the case, or if there were any changes of information we needed to review. This is the first time we were not stressed out regarding a matter beyond our control. The staff is courteous, respectful and always helpful. Mr. Brockway was out of town when I called the office in a panic, although it was after hours and he was away on personal time, this dude took the time to call me and let me know exactly what was going on....I was shocked and impressed at the same time because that has never happened.
