Sales staff are top notch. Jude will even make exhaust sounds while you sit and dream of your next purchase. Warren in parts is the guy to see. If he does not have it he will find it at the best price. Andrew in service is in a class of his own when it comes to his abilities. I actually witnessed him hug my bike and tell her he would see her next time. True compassion from Ridenow. Love these guys.
This was the worst customer experience I have ever had. Firstly, they sold me a broken scooter. When I brought it in to be fixed they said it would take 20mins, after 2 hours I called and was put on hold for 20mins and when I was taken off hold, the woman asked 'who were you on hold for' and when I told her I had been on hold for 20mins she said 'that's not what I asked.' Then once I got my scooter back it was STILL broken. So since it was still under warranty I took it back to Solano to get it fixed again. They took it on Thursday and I called on Friday to ask about it's status, and they told me I would get it on Saturday. I waited till Monday and called and they still hadn't started working on it, but were working on other scooters that came in after mine. If you want a good scooter experience I would never recommend Solano, even reviews on Yelp match my attitude.
I own a 1983 CB Honda 1000 Custom that only has 5500 original miles on it and RPM Motorcycles came recommended to me due to me needing the carb cleaned. This job is not that simple as there are 4 inline carbs to remove and rebuild. Then have to reinstall and sink to the bike. To come to a conclusion the bike never ran better. Runs like a new bike. Marc at RPM knows bikes and all there is to know about them. If you want your bike to be well taken care of and worked on in a very clean shop RPM Is the shop and Mark is your Mechanic. I can't say enough about my expiereance. GREAT JOB MARC.Now a days you really can't find any shops that have the professional expiereance and now how. I like the fact that I person has 40 plus years doing motorcycles. Do I need to say more
Fixed my son's Honda twice. Always on time and within budget. Very professional!
The guy that runs this place, Mark, is a godsend. He's been working on motorcycles for about 40 years or so and I gotta admit, the dude knows his stuff. I guarantee he knows your motorcycle more than any other person in town, he's saved my a$$ numerous times with his tricks of the trade he knows. Like one time he managed to straighten a bent valve on a 75 cb200 because we couldnt get any parts. A bent valve!!! Do you know how difficult that is to do? Do you even realize how good you have to be to even attempt that? I would seriously recommend this guy. He's gonna fix it, and fix it better than any mechanic I have ever done business with.
Called in as a potential customer and by the time I got off the phone I knew I wasn't ever taking anything of to this place. Total attitude the entire time I was on the phone with them.Called to get an estimate for a cylinder bore I guess because I already had the cylinder off the atv and measured it with a bore guage and kinda knew what i was talking about they were insulted or felt inferior or something and started getting real defensive in an outlandish way .Then just because I wasn't some novice college kid they could RIPOFF started creating extra charges because I already did most there job I guess they typically rip people off for. They totally disrespected me and lost my business and anyone else I can turn away from there just from a phone conversation hate to see what there work is really like.
