Typical college town atmosphere, nothing fancy by any means. Don't let that sway your decision. Food & service was awesome. Big Lou pizza was "To Die For." Garlic knots were also very, very good. This location is in a strip mall, so parking isn't a problem. Clean bathrooms too. Would definitely go back next time in Gainesville. Go Gators !

This business is awful and a joke. I wanted a 2 item pizza with Alfredo sauce instead of tomato sauce and they couldn't do it. Insisted they could only give me that sauce if I bought an expensive specialty pizza. So effective Papa John's. One restaurant has ruined the entire business for me, WILL NEVER GO TO THIS CHAIN AGAIN! I wish I could give them ZERO stars
My family has sampled pizza from all over the Gainesville area. Without a doubt, Big Lou's is the #1 BEST PIZZA in all of Gainesville and the surrounding area.
Best Pizza in Gainesville, get the veggie.
The wait was way to long and it you want the worse pizza well you found the right place being from New York that would be a insult to the Italian people if you are on the mood for a nice your better off buying a frozen one from Walnut a Hell alot better
Excellent pizza, super fast delivery and the garlic rolls are to die for!! I wouldn't order from anyone else!
By the slice..or the whole pie...this is the best pizza in North Central Florida hands down!
I have ordered many times, staff always polite and service is quick, more importantly the pizza is delicious.
I ordered from this establishment for about 3 years during college. I ordered from this particular store, on average, once a week. The store is very close to my house but I always tip at least $5 (on the occasion described below, I tipped $6). Most of the time the food was good but there were occasional mistakes- burnt items, missing items, wrong items. I was slightly annoyed but never called in to complain until they made my order and every single item was burnt and terrible tasting. The toppings I ordered were not present or there was one small piece of a topping and an overabundance of another one. Nothing tasted right or good. I called to complain and the manager was very rude. He essentially told me that it was my fault for ordering the topping that I had because it wasn't a traditional topping for this entree. I explained that I ordered this exact same combination 3 or 4 times in the past and he asked about "how" my food was burnt. He apparently didn't believe me that this was actually the case. I explained it to him and he said "that's how it's supposed to be". When I mentioned my toppings, he said that they weighed them all so that couldn't have happened. Repeatedly, the manager displayed the fact that he can't seem to take any blame for something that was done wrong and instead deflects the responsibility to me- the customer. He offered to replace one of the items I ordered (out of 5) but because of his rudeness I didn't want to associate with this Dominos anymore and declined. I was worried that, given his treatment of me, he would spit in the food or do something else along those lines. I asked him to give me a partial refund and he said he would not then hung up on me. It's very upsetting that after spending so much money at this store that the one time I have a problem they are completely unwilling to believe me or provide a solution but instead they suggest it's my fault. I will definitely not be ordering from Dominos anymore while I'm in Gainesville.
I always love coming here for the pizza. They do something special with their crust. Everytime I order, they are nice and quick. Highly recommend !!
