I have nothing but great things to say about VH ! They helped me with my surgery about 10 years ago and another one on December 14th 2016. Which was a great success..im still healing but im feeling great and back to work and feeling normal and no more pain medication which im proud of! I feel like I have my life back. My case worker Angela Seymour was very nice helpful and is awsome . There was a mix up with the doctor and the paper work and with my surgery only a week away she jumped right on it and got everything taken care of by the end of that day ! She was great and seems to know her job very well and seems to care about the patients she is working with. She was just as happy as I was when I told her how well I was doing! I can not thank her and VH enough!!!
Video doesn't lie. This is how their department handles a citizen doing absolutely nothing against the law. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2WVUdV1qaYw If you do not know about your civil rights, this is an eye-opener.
Knowledgable, super skilled at individualized evaluation and manual therapy treatment, caring and attentive. Have had excellent experience and positive outcome.
Rude. Techs who were supposed to be helping me exercise would say, "Do 10 of these, I'll be back in a minute" then disappear for 10 minutes, leaving me just sitting there. Front office staff sit and gossip about the patients (yes, I overheard them) and also would not look up when I came to the desk to check out (too busy staring at their computers). Physical therapist was great but this was outweighed by the negative Fit For Life rudeness experience.
