I contacted this service location regarding an issue with my phone and traveled to the location to have my phone looked over. When I called I spoke to Shaun and he was very pleasant, understanding to my situation and extremely professional. Upon my arrival, he came out of the back repair office and told me he would see if the battery was the problem or if there was a problem with the phone. I ran a quick errand and upon my return he came out and stated that it was indeed the battery. He explained that I had approximately 6 weeks left before I would be eligible for an up grade on my contract. He stated that the battery was no longer under warranty (as it is only under warranty for 1 year) and that a new battery would cost me $30.00 to $40.00 dollars and they would have to order it as they do not keep them in stock. However, he was able to locate a used battery for my phone that tested good and offered it to me to get me through the next six weeks, which would allow me to use my phone without having to charge it ever two hours. Of course, I thanked him and told him this was great. I feel this was a great customer service action as I have been a Sprint customer for 7+ years and because he did this for me I will definitely remain a loyal Sprint customer! I would HIGHLY recommend this service store! Thanks again Shaun!!!!
