It's always a hassle trying to find a new TV & internet provider, but the guys at 21st Century Communications made it so easy for me! I was pretty upset and fed up with my last provider and was nervous about getting the run around again, but these guys explained everything to me in detail. Not only that, but they went over EXACTLY how much my monthly bill would be, and I've NEVER seen any hidden charges appear (which was why I switched from my old provider in the first place). Over-the-top customer service every time I deal with them, and pleasant, professional staff. Would recommend this company to anyone!
Mr. Paper has been taking care of all my business needs at A+ Air Conditioning and they do it with great customer service. Not to mention all I spend is local, they deliver any of their 30,000 items the next day without a delivery charge. Thank you Mr. Paper for treating us with great care and a wonderful attitude.
(for the record, this is my first Google review but this place is so bad I didn't want others to go through the same experience) This is one of the worst experiences I've ever had. Do yourself a favor and don't do business at PC Techman unless you want to support a racist creep. This was absolutely ridiculous. Please read this review if you want the honest truth about my HORRIBLE experience at PC Techman. In short, he did not even fix the problem while trying to make me pay and went through my personal photos.This place is unprofessional and fraudulent. First of all, I spilled a small amount of water on my laptop. I was cleaning out the inside and accidentally got a cotton swab stuck in my headphone jack. So, I started looking for a reputable place in Gainesville where I could get the cotton swab removed from my headphone jack. I took it to PC Techman. Angel tells me it will cost $59 to repair and will be ready by Monday. Fine. I asked if he was BBB credited to which he explains to me that it's a fraud and goes on to say that every bad review online was done by his old boss at Impact Computers and starts talking badly of his costumers and making racists comments toward "Chinese kids" who bring him their laptops. This was a major red flag to me but I needed my computer fixed promptly and did not know where else to take it other than Best Buy so I left my computer. My friend (who also brought his laptop to be looked at) was told that his 2011 Macbook was completely ruined because of a bad battery and was only worth about $80 retail. (Gazelle is offering him over $250). Angel then goes on to unscrew the back of his Macbook and ends up stripping one of the screws which we didn't notice until we got home. Tuesday rolls around and I call and ask if my computer is ready, he basically acts as if he has no clue who I am and tells me to call back in ten minutes. So, I called back in ten minutes and he tells me my laptop is ready. I go to pick it up and pay. He brings out my laptop and I start observing the headphone jack. The cotton swab is still stuck on the inside.... I begin questioning him why there's still cotton stuck inside and he tells me that the computer is supposed to be like that.... I go on to say that that's incorrect because I know that headphone jacks don't have fluffy white stuff inside. He tells me that the headphone jack still works (which makes me really upset because I brought it to a repair store because I did not want to use the jack until it was removed or replaced). He then asks my boyfriend to hold one end of the laptop and he begins looking inside the headphone jack (probably for the first time) with a flashlight and prodding with a piece of metal. I could have done this at home. He then takes my computer to the back of the room which he says to give him a minute. At this point, I say that I feel uncomfortable leaving my computer with him when he told me my computer was ready and now he's trying to fix it on the spot. I basically demand a refund because I can clearly tell he did not fix my problem at all. Costumers walk in and he tells me he'll refund my card. When I go home and open my desktop, all of my old pictures are open..... so creepy. And on top of that, with inspection I've noticed a bunch of scratches that were not there before. I highly advise against going to PC Techman.
I've been buying audio equipment from Paul & Larry since the late 1980's. They have always given me the best value for my dollar. The real reason I keep buying from them is the service after the sale. I had a speaker driver failure once and it was a few months out of warranty. They took care of it on the spot-I told them it was out of warranty (and didn't have my receipt( Paul was aware of it and still took care of it! He even re-printed my original invoice complete with serial numbers. Do you think Best Box would do that? Not likely! I refuse to buy from the box stores, they don't care, they don't have the product knowledge and while they may carry some of the same brands, you probably won't get the quality found at Sound Ideas. For me, there is NO OTHER CHOICE for audio,video, and home theater purchases! They excel because they are a relationship driven business and strive to give you the best A/V experience for your dollar.
In 20 years of dealing with cable and satellite companies (moved 8 times) I have never encountered a better or more pleasant service than the one provided by Tim and his crew. Not only they offer a great product but they explain all the options (in person, not over the phone), they help you choose what you need, explain the pricing clearly (no surprises) and how to use the equipment. They get back to you quickly when you call with questions and pay a visit if you need help operating the equipment. Thumbs up for this company, keep up the good work!
