The property manager was THE most UNPROFESSIONAL property manager I have ever met and because she was newly certified - she had to prove herself and I was just the one to do that on. They will tell you one thing then do another, they want to make money - period! That's their driving force at Cricket club II. There's no discussing anything - there's no "Life Happens"...everything has to be to the letter of the lease....verbatim. No explaining what lease bylaw you're breaking - they know the lease line by line and expect you to know it just as well. They had to put up a barb-wired fence to keep some of the kids in an adjacent complex out. Cars are broken into 3-4 nights a week. I never felt safe there, even though I really liked my apartment layout. I didn't feel safe even with a 120 lb. German Sheppard with me and nights are the worst. Car thieves came into Cricket Club II "running" from police. On multiple occasions I woke to flashing blue lights out my window.If you're looking for a place to live, be comfortable and safe - LOOK ELSEWHERE. If you're looking for property manager and office staff that are pleasant and professional - LOOK ELSEWHERE. If you're looking for a place that will work with you and respect you - LOOK ELSEWHERE.

These are the worst property managers I have ever encountered. All they care about is taking your money. If you wish to sublease your apartment, they make you put down a $200 deposit for no reason. They will not communicate with the person that is subleasing from you, they still expect you to be the middle man when it comes to rent and maintenance, but you are out $200. They also had us under the impression that our lease ended at the end of the summer semester, however, they are making us move out a week early leaving us nowhere to stay during the last week of summer. They monopolize the residential area in zone 1, leaving few different property managers to choose from. Most of the workers are very rude and have awful customer service. I wish I knew this before I signed with them. If you are looking for places to live in the Gainesville area, do not choose them.

Bivens cove is a great place to live . The staff is very friendly and they make you feel right at home.

I love the pools and the gym . It's safe area for children and quiet enough for students and workers. I would recommend them to anyone. This is home.

I have loved living here throughout the past few years. The office staff and maintenance are always very helpful.

The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. The maintenance is always available, but we seldom have problems. Furthermore, the rooms are HUGE. I have so much extra space and with brand new furniture the whole apartment feels very cozy. Overall, I would recommend this to a friend!

This apartment complex is a great, affordable, and close option for many students in Gainesville. With many bus routes to move around the city and to campus, and a great office staff, there is nothing I can complain about living here. I would highly recommend to all my friends

It has a lovely office staff who are very friendly. Overall this place is a perfect spot for living in Gainesville. Close to everything but still tucked away. Perfect for international families and students.

Bivens is a fantastic place! They take care of everything and quickly as well. If there is an issue it is taken care of, just this past storm I was worried but they came out that night and took care of it! Schadre is amazing and Anthony and Sam are nice. Parents don't have to worry here, take it from the Momma of two tenants. Definitely a must live, great deals and the perfect spot as it is close to everything major in Gainesville! The pool is amazing and the backyard is spacious it is just beautiful.
