Great banking experience I would remm*
Not very thrilled with them. I have tried to get a new debit card since June or July. They cancelled the card I have even though it still worked at some places. They have it listed as lost/stolen when I tried to tell them it was only the chip that was bad. They said it would take 6 to 10 working days to get my new one. I can send a damn snail mail letter across the country in less than 6 days. I have a feeling that I'll be changing banks very soon. I've been with this one for a long time and never had this much trouble.
Sitting here waiting know she has nothing to because I pulled up she was just sitting there 5 minutes now 15 minutes to do my transaction should have too 2 minutes
