NIGHTMARE IS ALL I CAN SAY AGREED TO 1 PRICE WAS STUCK WITH OTHER ALSO TACKED ON A 3000$ WARENTY THAT I DIDN'T KNOW ABOUT I COULD SIT AND TALK ALL DAY, BE CAREFUL OF THIS PLACE
This place played games. Poor management. Salesman was not helpful. Most of staff had very poor attitude! After 3 days left with no vehicle and took business elsewhere. Do not recommend.
Hate this place! I was trying to get my tag before the holidays because I have some traveling to do. I was told I would have to pay extra because the last owners tag expired so I would have to pay those fees. The lady trying to help me get my tag called carmart trying to get them to fax over the paperwork showing it was a repo. The girl told her she didn't know where to find that information at and that she couldn't speak with a manager. I went to carmart and the general manager came right in and pulled the paperwork out of a filling cabinet. I asked her why that couldn't have been done when they were contacted by the lady at the court house. She gets real rude and sets down and tells me she won't fax it because I wasn't her boss. I asked her would she just fax it and she still had an attitude and said that she wouldn't fax it and I wouldn't get a tag for my car unless I paid the extra fees. I haven't even made the first payment yet and I'm taking the car back. They don't even deserve one star!

Had just had transmission replaced and gear shift broke 3 days later. Insurance company called TriCity . As the driver was pulling my truck onto the rollback, he got underneath and looked at it. The cable from gear shift to trans was routed wrong causing the cable to break. After telling this to shop that replaced the trans to begin with, they could not believe their mechanic would do something like that. When I went to pick up my truck, no charge. They did right by me and so did TriCity. The driver saved me around $80. Appreciate both businesses, especially tow driver. Thanks again

Just had one of their drivers damage my car on the interstate. Driver was texting (you could see him looking down, even from behind) and was swerving all over the interstate. He drove half way off the side of the road and when he yanked it back up he brought a cloud of dirt and rocks with him .. and it pelted my car .. leaving behind 2 rock chips and several dents on the roof of my BRAND NEW car!!!!I called and spoke to someone on the phone and they pretty much told me to get over it, nothing they could (should have said would) do.ridiculous
I bought a 2004 Trailnlazer took it back within the 3 days and was told since I purchased the service contract they would not take it back..So the transmission went out after the first week..They replaced it with a junkyard transmission from Anniston with 100.000 miles on it.The front end was going out and the transmission again after having it 2 and a half months I wasn't behind on my payments and gave it back to them..Now in the process of suing them for breach of contract and selling me a very unsafe car and not informing me it was in a accident even when I asked them several times..DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM..I went to Ronnie Watkins Ford and got a very reliable car at the fair market value price and my is so so..They were great to work with......
I just bought my car from car mart and they were nothing but proffesional and all around good people. They even fixed my cars a rough idle a few weeks after i got it and all i did was drop it off and they did the rest. Best customer service hands down
