This company overpromises and underdelivers, accepting payment for work they’re not able to complete. The owner is rude, unprofessional, and has a temper with both his employees and customers. The project was delayed at the last minute by two weeks. They refuse to admit their mistakes, and even tried to trick us into paying for the work they're unable to complete. Read their bad reviews to find out how they deal with things when something goes wrong. Don’t make the same mistake as us by hiring this company.
We contracted with this company to remove all the carpet in the house, and to replace it with LVP. It started off poorly, as they called us the day before they were to start, and said that the materials hasn’t arrived yet, and that their starting date would be delayed by two weeks. This delay ended up costing us more money. We let it go without saying anything, and just did what we could to work around their new schedule, two weeks later. The problem isn’t so much that the materials weren’t delivered on time (did someone forget to order them?) but rather that they didn’t bother telling us.
During the installation week, the owner was constantly berating and yelling at his employees, making our houseguests uncomfortable.
It was only after we’d paid the deposit and they’d done most of the work that the owner said he wasn’t able to do part of it. They insisted that they weren’t able to do a raised platform in the theater room that both looks good and is safe. After I said that particular area was specifically discussed when they came out to measure for a quote, and was what was explicitly agreed on both verbally and in the contract, he stormed out of the house and cursed at us. My wife, our visiting houseguests, and I were left standing there in shock at his behavior.
The next day, Kimi tried to insist the work was completed and that we needed to pay the remaining balance right away, including paying for the work they aren't able to do.
