Professionalism, Punctuality, Responsiveness: Erol is the owner of Deco Tile Services and he is probably one of the most responsive business owners I have met. I was contacting several different tile companies for quotes on renovating my downtown Raleigh based condo and it was a no brainer in the end choosing Deco. The experience I had tackling finding a great tiling company were: some of the companies didn't even get back to me, were very slow to respond, or when they did respond, they talked above my head to where I didn’t feel comfortable that I’d be helped through the process of my renovation. Erol answered my call right away and was able to walk me through the different steps of what he would need in order to provide a quote. After providing the quote, he was there to answer any questions I had and even was great about giving suggestions and advice on tile and grout based on his experience. When my renovation of my condo was ready for tiling, Erol was very good at scheduling a team to be on site and notified me of when this would be happening and what was needed from me. The team showed up on time, were very trustworthy and made sure that when the project was entirely done that they tidy up.
