Food is good but service is horrible. Had to call several times to get someone to answer the phone, and they are not very busy at all. The first time they just answered hello and did not even sound like a business. I asked if this was big slice pizza and they wouldn't even answer me. I called back several times to finally get a hold of someone that acted like it was a total bother for me to order a simple pizza for pick up. When I ordered I mentioned the special for a jumbo 3 topping pizza and but they wanted to charge me 7$ more because I didn't need a third topping. Clearly have no clue about customer service. One male employee that helped me when I picked up my pizza was nice but the female was completely clueless. Clearly there is no serious management in place to train and monitor the staff.
Have to admit, best in a long time, little expensive but it's worth it. My first choice. Has that eastern spicy oily taste that u can't get otherwise.
I went there for years. Went about 9 years ago with another couple on a Friday night. The moron that managed the place ("Bob with the red hat") - that's what he was called - ha no system for seating people other than to call up people to be seated. I got somehow accused of doing something or other in the midst of this cluster f of a scene. I said that I would never return and haven't been back since. I went to the old Heroes location, Stadium Tavern and have been going back ever since. Won't set foot in Heroes again. 0 star rating if I could.
