My experience with c2c has been interesting to say the least. Everything went well in the beginning. I bought a vehicle from another state and everything went smoothly. The issue I had was my state requires an inspection from to be filled out by me. The only thing C2C had to do was get it notarized. I sent this single sheet of paper to David with C2C on 4-8-2016, it is now 4-27-2016 and I still haven’t received this paper. I called David and texted him at least twice a week. His response was always the same “I have it notarized but just have to scan it and email it to you”. I have heard this excuse for the past two or three weeks. My overall experience was poor with C2C but had the potential to be excellent. I am the type of person that if you tell me something or give me a deadline, then I expect that to be met. I ended up having to jump through a lot of hoops on my end but the vehicle is now registered and legal to drive almost 2 months after the purchase.

I am so happy I found them, this was the first time we've donated a car, but I can't imagine any way to deal with it faster. They towed it away, fixed it, and auctioned it off. I was shocked to see how much they got for it, but even better for the charity we wanted to donate to, and our tax break. We were extremely satisfied! Appreciate all the emails and keeping touch while the car was being sold.
This is an amazing organization! I'm fairly certain I only signed maybe 2 or 3 different papers through email, and didn't have to do much else. They made it really easy and were fairly communicative throughout. We're extremely happy we were referred here.
Turned out the truck we donated was worth more than we thought, so that was a plus, my husband wasn't really expecting much. The donation at the end was worth $3,500 versus the maybe $1,000 or $2,000 that we originally estimated, and what we probably would have sold the truck for. Whatever you do, keep doing it, thank you for the excellent work!
