Yellow Cab of The Shenandoah

I was charged $45.00 for a one-way ride from Front Royal to Winchester, VA (for work) this morning. I was not informed, when I arranged my pick-up, that the driver would be picking up other fares and dropping off during my trip; which made me late for work. The driver made sure he drove slower than slow, and I had to let him know he could turn into my place of employment (while he should've seen for himself that there were no other cars coming either way). I will NEVER use this yellow cab service again, and I will put up every review I am able. This is a horrible company, with absolutely no idea how to provide customer service or an appropriate ride. The price was bad enough, but the icing was having to wait while he picked up someone else & dropped them off during my $45.00 cab ride.
