Front Royal Family Practice

HORRIBLE PLACE!!! They sent us to collections for a $30 copay, even though we paid the bill prior to the due date on the bill. We questioned it they stated that another company sends out bills and that that company just puts a date on the bill. They then stated that they had sent out four bills prior to this bill, however, it was the only bill we received. I asked isn't it possible if your having issues with your billing company that they didn't infact send out multiple bills? Their response was this is our policy and there isn't anything we can do about it. The service we received was atrocious. Dr. Estrada, don't know if he is still there, wouldn't listen to anything we told him about our daughter. She was a newborn who had complications at birth and each time we told him something the doctors in the hospital told us, he would say "that doesn't matter, she is fine" without checking out what we asked about. AWEFUL PLACE. I would rather die then go back to them.

Needs new management desperately... staff is more concerned about raking in the money then real honest patient service. Forget about happy pleasant faces here, the almost robotic lab nurse might as well suck on lemons all day. Save your health & sanity go somewhere else please.

You are right about their uncaring attitude. It's more the administrative and management staff who puts the rules in place. They keep a low profile and out of sight most of the time so the front desk staff bears the brunt of angry patients getting turned away. A complaint can always be filed with the Virginia Medical Society if problem cannot be resolved.

My daughter had an appointment for her week old baby and was told upon arrival that they wouldnt be able to see him because they don't participate with her insurance. She asked them when they changed their policy because it hadn't been that long since they saw her other children. They argued with her, claiming her children were not clients of theirs. (They've been going there for a couple of years!) She then told them she'd just go ahead and pay for the visit herself, but they told her they couldn't accept a cash payment. They turned her away with no apology.

They are all about the money. Don't care about you, don't do a thorough exam, make you feel uncomfortable because of their lack of caring. Again, they are ALL about the money.
