Bridgette did a fantastic job on my hair....she colored it, put in 3 different color extensions, shaped and curled it. I've been getting extensions for about 10 years, mostly in California, where my first ones were great lengths and over $1000. Bridgette was gentle, sweet, and I couldn't be happier with my hair. I think this is the best color combo I've ever had. She was professional, attentive and very efficient. I got everything I wanted for a very reasonable price compared to lots of salons I'd called. I will definately go back, actually I have my next appt already and friends and family are going to start going to Bridgette. Go, you'll be happy you did!!! Thank you, Bridgette.
Unprofessional & UnorganizedToday marked the second negative experience in dealing with an incompetent business owner. The older woman managing the appointments was clearly scattered as she failed miserably at an attempt to multitask. Her first failure was scheduling an appointment for our daughter on the wrong day. This resulted in our daughter sitting for nearly 2.5 hours waiting for the hair stylist to arrive. Not only was the ball dropped there though the business owner then listed our daughter for box braids instead of kinky twists, as requested. The business owner took no ownership over her errors. She proceeded to make childlike excuses for her mishaps which exhibited a great deal of unprofessionalism. My wife and daughter have no desire to return to this establishment as it does not meet their expectations. Clearly this individual has lost other customers as the greater majority of this salon's reviews rate very poorly. CONSISTENTLY OFFERING POOR CUSTOMER EXPERIENCES!!!

I will NEVER go there again. They cut my hair crooked and when I returned an hour later the other girl was so rude and embarrassing as if it were my fault. With a you get what you pay for attitude.There is so much turn over, it's no wonder
Don't bother make an appointment, they take walk ins in front of your appointment leaving you hours and hours of waiting. I had a 9 o'clock appointment was told it would take 3 hours for my service, meanwhile walk ins are coming in from the street and leaving before I did. The owner was unprofessional and rude and had the nerve to give me uses hair products for my inconvenience. Save your money. They have a lot to learn about customer service.
I only get my hair cut here because the cut and service are always phenomenal! The hair stylists are extroverted and talented. I never leave with a bad haircut
I wish I could give this place less than a star. I had very long thick hair going in and I wanted an inverted bob cut. I specifically told the lady that I want the back of my hair to touch the bottom of my neck, then angle it to the front and I pointed to mid chest where I wanted the front to touch. I knew she was already cutting it too short when I saw her start, but I am generally polite, easy going, and admittedly a bit timid, so I paid for the cut and included a small tip to be respectful. I thought maybe when I got home and styled it straight that it would not seem so short (because my hair is curly when wet). My hair is now so short that it barely comes past my jaw and it is mid neck in the back. I was so distressed I called off work and went back to the salon only a few hours later crying and explained to the lady that I never complain but I am very dissatisfied with this cut. I was not at all aggressive. She was completely rude and unapologetic and told me "she did not have time for this, you said you wanted it short, now you need to leave".DO NOT GO THERE! VERY RUDE HORRIBLE SERVICE.I did not let this go. I could hardly sleep because I felt so disrespected. I can not believe someone who runs a business could treat someone this way when this is something that is going to make me feel self conscious for at least the next 6 months until it grows out a little. I went back the next day and entered the store to get her name to file with the BBB complaint form and she flat out refused and locked me out of the store. So I called the cops. They told her she could not legally with hold that info from a paying customer and eventually decided to negotiate with me. DOWN TO THE VERY END I WAS STILL POLITE AND FAIRI requested a 50% refund and their business card to file with the complaint to BBB.It really should not have went that far and I am still in shock that she would not even try to talk or come to some sort of agreement. I just wanted an apology, but never once did she even try to be sympathetic.
