Ordered the Pho-kin Soup (why not): while bot authentic it was very delicious. The soup a Roux and you control the spiciness at the table. All.cocktails at moonshine based: I enjoyed the Mule version too.I like this place.

I am a telemarketer in business-to-business sales. I know that people often don't care to talk to telemarketers and I'm often spoken to pretty harshly, hung up on, and even cussed out from time to time. Well, I just called this business a couple minutes ago and the woman who answered was perfectly polite and friendly. She referred me to the manager who gave me the information to the person I needed to speak with about their services. They were both very kind and upbeat. A simple interaction like this can make my whole day in light of the negative interactions I go through all day, every day. I wish I could call more businesses like this. They were the epitome of professionalism. Thank you so much.

To say the least I was/am very disappointed in the food. I ordered the ribeye (med well) with grilled asparagus and roasted tomatoes/garlic and fully loaded mashed potatoes and a SWEET MANGO tea. Well I sent the steak back to be cooked correctly twice.THE FIRST TIME, it previously came out very well done (burned); my potatoes were hard and not creamy or fluffy for mashed potatoes. Then steak came back very rare; so as the cow is still moaning, I send it back FOR A SECOND TIME. This times the none attentive waiter takes my whole plate (veggies included). After about 15-20 I get a very mediocre steak (that I am tired of complaining about) some cold potatoes and cold asparagus. A manager comes and hands me a to-go box for my less than satisfying meal. The waiter brings a check with $20 worth of gift tickets, REALLY?! Who does that?! Honestly, now I am even more frustrated because I have to continuously ask for refills and you bring back NONE SWEET regular tea and I specifically ask for SWEET mango tea, and I tell you that I choose not to pay the bill. I rather you take your gift coupons and cover the tab. This was totally unacceptable and I feel like not only should the meal been compensated but I should have receive the gift cards on top of that. I sent the steak back twice and it still wasn’t good!I don’t expect the steaks to be of the steak house (Salt Grass, Texas Land and Cattle, Outback, Perry’s, III Forks, etc). However, what I do expect is for items on the menu to be cooked and served properly in a timely fashion. I expect to have my waiter to come and tend to the table in a timely manner; I certainly expect the waiter to know what I am drinking and bring the correct drinks. So although I didn't pay for the meal NOR leave a tip, this has definitely left a bad taste in my mouth for Chili's. I can't really say that I will re-visiting this location anytime soon.Signed,Still hungry with an angry cow on board

So disappointing! The queso had two bites of hamburger meat and the Philly cheesesteak looked and tasted like it was made at Subway. We asked the waitress if the wings could be made plain with no spice for our 11 year old son. She said yes. They came out spicey, orange dye on the meat. When we finally got her attention, she told us "That's a bummer." and brought us the check with the $11 fee for the wings still on it. She then hid in the back. We called out the manager who finally agreed to take it off but said didn't apologize, but rather said to make sure we didn't order it again because. Great customer service!!

Very good

Very good. Informal seating & atmosphere. Bring an appetite! The crowds begin to line up to get in so go early, I don't think they take reservations in advance. Home-style cooking. Would recommend the grilled chicken.

Go Hungry, Leave Happy!

Everything about this place is great! I Even ate the creamed corn, which I normally never enjoy anywhere! They are super friendly and keep your sweet tea glass filled. Best fried chicken around.

Food is good, drinks are good, games are fun...A little pricey, but I feel like most Dave and Busters are...since you are also paying for the fun and the atmosphere. Fun place.
