It's what you expect from a Taco Bell. No better, no worse. If you want excellent service from a fast food place, you're expecting far too much.

I LOVED this place! It was beautiful inside, very clean and spacious. The waitress was right there if we needed anything, my tea was always full as soon as it was empty, and if you are a true Texas tea drinker you know this is important. They had a huge selection and everything was fresh! …
What I love about Mooyah is that even though it's a franchise, they treat you like a mom and pop shop. They will actually make the burger less cooked if you want it that way! My boss likes his burger bleeding, and this is the only place that will do that for him. Great service! Hope they stay…
17. Gazeebo Burgers
Great burger place in Hall Office Park. We go here when we want to get out of the office for lunch but not go terribly far. They make pretty good turkey burgers and you can build your own burger at the condiment bar. My only complaint is that you have to pay extra for a side of fries instead …

25. Kolache Heaven
Kolache Heaven is the absoute "bomb". Natalie and Duane can be counted on to always have fresh food that is incredibly tasty. I grew up in a Fort Worth neighborhood that offered two Kolache bakeries and being that I work in and recently moved to the Plano area, was so pleased to find…
Staff is very very very slow. it took 25 min just to get 3 orders in front of me ready. I had to walk out. Also they do not toast the subs for long enough, my chicken always ends up cold. Maybe new management or better service.
We ordered from both the KFC & LJS menus. We did not receive the extra piece of fish but they didn't charge for it so it's ok even though we asked 3 times while ordering. When we got to the window my Asian friend was driving and asked what sauce I wanted to which I replied tartar sauce. Shonisha per our receipt began repeating back to him Tar-Tar like his accent. I did not hear this since I was talking to my daughter. Again even though she was repeating it, making fun of his accent, she still gave us COCKTAIL sauce. Brilliant! So I called the manager in regards to her mistake and the missing fish and said I'm over the fish but it bothers me my friend was treated this way. I even said she looks like the stupid one since she was making fun of him but put the wrong sauce in the bag. To which he replied he will not have employees talked about like that and would not give me the corporate number, told me to find it and would not repeat his name to me. Apparently it's just allowed to make fun of your customers at this Long John Silvers but if you point out their mistakes then YOU are the one who is actually wrong.
Everytime I go here which is rare they ALWAYS MESS UP MY ORDER!!! What the heck....
Oh I must say the guacamole is out of this world. I love it! The restaurants that I frequent are always clean an staff is awesome.
So I've been twice ordered something different each visit. Just can't seem to like it. They have the worst queso ever. I've had better at ball games.
OMG crap service, I can't believe they pay people to act like that. I went in there last night after work. 4 people in line, 2 employees standing behind the counter looking lost. One of them looks up at all of us and says oh are yall in line? (really?) When i finally make it to the cashier she looks me up and down and says like this "I saw da attitude on you when you was waitin in line, whatchu want?" omg i looked at her and said i want you to do your damn job and stop standing around observing the attitude on costumers faces. That's my experience there. Rude, unprofessional and slow.
It was horrific. Went up to order, filthy counter, wet soda rings plus crumbs, and the debit card keypad was filthy. Took my grandson, will Never go back. Now I have an upset stomach.Makes me wonder how clean the food area is, and how safe the food is.ICKY !!!
It's a Wendy's...decent, drive through or eat in. The burger and fries that I got were pretty good. No complaints here.
All excitement aside, In N Out is really just another burger place. It's only exciting because ooo ahh, it's "imported" from California. The food is fresh and made to order and the fries are thin and crisp. They do get packed at lunch, but they work quickly. Combos are also priced very well.
