I cancelled my membership and was misinformed by the people at the front desk about when it would go in effective. Then I was giving a corporate number that doesn't really exist. Just a bunch of recordings that no one answers. To add insult to injury the guy that assisted me at the Frisco location was rude. Just know you will not be able to cancel as easily as they promise!!

THIS IS ABOUT THE LITTLE ELM LOCATION AND CORPORATE OFFICES, BUT STILL BEWARE Family Fitness is a great place to work out, but be careful if you have to cancel your membership. Keep the cancellation form, because they will try to continue charging you. They have billed me over $100 dollars after I went in to cancel and know they want another $48 to cancel again or they will continue to accrue charges. I spoke with the gym manager, General manager, corporate (972-417-1900) customer service, customer service manager, and as revered to write a letter to the Board of Directors at PO BOX 3525, Coppell, TX, 75019.
