David, I just wanted to thank you for your honesty and professionalism. A week ago, you gave my wife and I am estimate on our roof. You informed us of several improvements we could make to get the temperature of our attic down. This morning, I added six more soffit vents following your advice. I also replaced the soffit vents that you said needed to be replaced. The temperature of our attic has already gone from 165 to 114 after making the changes that you suggested. When we started searching for a roofer, we were nervous about who to call. We have heard many horror stories about dishonest people out there in the roofing business.
