The dead rat in the parking lot near the front door had us turn back and head straight for the car. Not eating at a place which makes my stomach turn before entering.
My family enjoys eating here because our three years thinks it is the "funnest" place. It is a bit gimmicky like others have said but the food is above average and the kids have a great time. I would never go on a Friday/Saturday night - too long a wait, but during the week isn't too bad. I definitely recommend the fajitas and their steaks, but don't recommend the enchilladas.

Provided by CitysearchThe queso mariano is awesome, queso with beef, sour cream and guacamole. And the fajita's are some of the best around.

Provided by CitysearchI was really excited to try this place because i heard a lot of good things. When we got there isn't wasn't exactly what I expected. It is totally gimicky. Our waiter was not very good, and they weren't busy at all. It wasn't all bad though. The food was pretty good, and the margaritas are tasty but they are to small. I thought it was a bit overpriced and will not go back again. I would suggest Pappacito's for a much better dining experience.
Nice atmosphere, comfortable booths and chairs, decent (if unexceptional) Tex-Mex food, though nothing special. We recommend the fajitas. Small bar has draft beer. Lots of free parking and usually little or no waiting for a table unless you arrive at dinner time on Friday/Saturday. This is another one of Frisco's uppie joints, so you know pretty well what to expect.
Waited for 45 minutes to sit at a table. They should seriously consider having a bigger and better waiting area - perhaps one bigger than a walk in closet. The food was good although meat heavy on the portions. For a better experience, they should give the people inside more room and not pack them in like sardines.
a little to ranch themed for the decor, but food is great

Provided by CitysearchI just ate here on the evening of the 4th of July and the food was great! The salsa is freshly made with roasted tomatoes and jalapenos so it is unique from a lot of other Mexican restaurant's salsa. I loved the salsa so much that I bought a pint on my way out the door to take home with me! My friend and I shared the beef fajitas for two and they were wondeful. The beef was tendor and flavorful, and the tortillas are made at the restaurant. I highly recommend this restaurant!
