I've had two roofs done in the last 4 years. The first company used cheap materials that didn't even last 2 years. I'm just glad that(well, of course we weren't happy to get more hail)but this time we had changed insurance companies from Allstate to USAA, which has made this experience so much easier. WE had already picked Dana Gregory of ICON Roofing because he came highly recommended from our neighbor. He came out and met the adjuster. Dana was thorough and tough with him, but funny, too. Also, Dana is a big guy who works out ALot, so I think my adjuster was either nervous or a little interested because he paid to replace everything on our property. We paid our deductible(ugh) but Dana got us so much more money in supplements it was even more that our deductible, so we were able to get everything on our insurance paperwork fixed and added on a new electrical fence to go around our driveway and we were able to get our arbor restained, as well. The process was smooth because Dana and Liza in the office took care of everything. Dana oversaw the entire project and kept in on schedule, and I just handed over the mortgage paperwork to Liza, the office manager, and she too care of everything. I did some walk thru's with them and signed a few sheets of paper, and then it was all done. Dana is a doll. I highly recommend him and his entire crew at ICON Roofing & Construction. I completely trust Dana and his crew with everything they did. His expertise made us feel very comfortable with having our roof done. He gave us advice on which color of roof and gutters would go well with the house brick color and it looks amazing. He is very easy to talk to and he will listen to what you have to say. I recommend his company completely. He cares about his work and it shows.
