The home button on my 3G was not working. I need it to last another few months until the 5th gen comes out. I called and was quoted $79 to replace it. I dropped in and she took the phone and started working on it immediately. About 15 min later, she came out and told me the button still did not work after being replaced, and suspected water damage. She ended up replacing the whole lower part of the phone innards where the charger plugs in, and that took care of it. It now works perfectly. She did not charge me any more money for the extra parts and labor required to fix it. On top of that, my screen had a few minor scratches on it that did not really bother me. She either buffed out the scratches or replaced the screen. She also cleaned out the inside area of the screen that had dust in it.

Overall a fantastic job on my old iPhone, and she went above and beyond to fix it and make it work (and look) like new again. Thanks for a great service!

Why oh why did I not read the reviews before taking my tablet here?



If you break your screen on your phone or tablet, save yourself the anguish and go somewhere else. Seriously, the customer service here is absolutely deplorable.



I shipped my Surface in for repair. It was delivered and I got a confirmation that it was. A few days later they called me to tell me that my screen was in. Then suddenly, all went quiet. I started calling....and that is where everything went downhill.



To make a long story short, they basically told me that they never received my tablet, contrary to what delivery confirmation said. Suddenly, the USPS was at fault for leaving it outside... excuse after excuse.



To make it better, a manager NEVER picked up the phone. Always some tech who knew less than nothing about what was going on.



These guys are thieves, pure and simple. I am pressing charges and I plan on legal action. But be warned....stay away from these guys!!!



Doing business with them is simply not worth your time and effort. Go elsewhere!
