I was in a unique and difficult situation trying to get rid of two cars I didn’t need and get into one that better met my needs as a single mom. I had been corresponding with Gina over email for a few months about options and finally went to see her. She went to bat for me and helped me get into a car that I LOVE! She was attentive, friendly, understanding, creative, patient, smart and fun! I never felt pressured or like she was “selling” me something. Amazing service. This dealership has the best service and they really make you feel like family. Mike Meyers is caring, honest and always gives us the highest level of service. We have been coming here for years because of him. I would not take my Honda anywhere else. In fact, we live in Fort Worth and make the drive all the way to Frisco because of Mike.

This deal is your typical bait and switch. They give you one deal and then when you get in there the deal goes up. Our sales guy Chris was excellent however with that said the people he works for are absolute liars and have no concept of customer service. This would have been our third Honda lease but now we will never purchase a Honda again or work with this dealership again due to there dishonesty. Another Honda dealer was willing to do the same deal but was further away. We will be writing a personal letter to Honda Corporate in regards to this dealership.
We bought a pre-owned Odyssey from Eddie Hawk. The entire process was low stress which equals great in my book. He is an excellent rep for the dealership and a pleasure to work with. He knows his product very well and was very responsive returning calls/answering questions. This was our second purchase from the dealership.
Adding a review for me is a big deal since I very rarely write an online review for anything. This was truly excellent service.

This is a dishonest dealer! Don't ever buy from them! We bought a Dealer certified 2008 Honda Odyssey on 1/29/2011 from this dealer. We were told the car was accident free and that's why it was certified. But when we trade in this car last week for a new car, the new dealer showed us the car fax report which showed there were an accident a couple of month before the car was sold to us. We got a really low trade in value because of that. We called the dealer and left complaint on their web site and no one response. This was an intentional fraud.
David McDavid Honda of Frisco is absolutely outstanding! From the GM Mike Rasmussen and Used Car Manager Rob Karimov, to my favorite salesman David Alldredge, the experience is second to none! This is the second vehicle I've personally purchased from this dealership. My family in total has purchased 4 vehicles and 2 of my friends have bought cars from David McDavid. Mike and David helped me and my family on every prior visit and this time Rob was another extremely helpful addition to the crew.

It's easy to tack on getting a new car to the list of stresses. However, when I visited David McDavid Honda in Frisco, I didn't have to. I was greeted right away by my salesman, Darren Smith, and was able to be as frank and down-to-Earth as possible. Darren had a great personality and sense of humor and had no trouble understanding and connecting to a recent college graduate like myself. We were able to find the perfect fit for myself, and I confidently drove out of the lot the same-day with my new Honda Civic lease. I can't stress enough how much personality and empathy helped a buying process that's otherwise quite difficult on a young, inexperienced buyer. The best experience ever with a dealership! I first went to David McDavid to see about getting a lease for my son in March 2012. I had such a great experience I went back to get a lease for myself in November 2012. I got a great deal both times and will keep coming back. My salesman, Darren Smith, was awesome! He was incredibly patient, kind, easy to talk to, funny, and incredibly knowledgeable. This guy knows his stuff! He made the whole process simple and enjoyable. Darren was the best and everyone here was so nice and welcoming. I used to hate car shopping and dealing with car dealers and salesmen. This dealership has completely changed my opinion! I would recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle!

My husband and I bought a used Honda Odyssey form David Mc David Honda of Frisco about 6 months ago with an added warranty from Wynns . A month after we took the car home it kept dying on us. We took it to David Mc Davids service department to have it looked at they told us it was a bad battery. Only having the car for a month we were hoping they would just replace it for us at no cost. Unfortunately, we had already driven it off the lot so we were told it was our problem by the mechanic manager. We replaced the battery and guess what? - It was still randomly dying on us. We took it back to David McDavid's to have it looked at again only to be told that they could not find anything wrong with it and sent us on our way. We then took it to a local mechanic who looked at it and told us the wiring was mixed up (or something like that) and the battery was being drained because the car was being told the lights were on when they weren't. We then paid $400 out of pocket for that to be repaired because our extended warranty would not cover it.
Now the Odyssey is having transmission problems. Honda has told us that they don't repair transmissions they only replace them. We told them about our warranty with Wynns and how we bought the car form this dealership. When we dropped the car off to them they told us they accepted this warranty. We were also told by McDavid when we bought the car that this Wynns warranty was accepted at EVERY Honda Dealership. I got a call form David McDavid's Honda of Frisco this morning notifying me that they contacted Wynns. Wynns wants them to tear down the transmission to document whats wrong with it. McDavid ' s service man told me that they do NOT and do NOT suggest the transmission be torn down. Then he added that they don't accept the Wynn warranty. He told me that they are too difficult to deal with and that not many mechanics will work with them. When we bought this car we paid for this extended warranty with the notion that when our car was having problems we would be able to take it to David Mc Davids Honda of Frisco, or any Honda dealership for that matter, and if a problem developed with our car then we would have the ability to have our automobile fixed. This is the smoke and mirrors we were sold by David McDavid's Honda dealership. We have found that is is NOT THE CASE. We have been lied to many times by this dealership and they are not to be trusted.
TAKE NOTICE - don't buy the Wynns warranty! I'm finding out hardly anybody works with them! If a car salesman try's to sell you the Wynns warranty just walk out and buy a car somewhere else because who knows what else the dealership is lying about. Their own service department doesn't even take the warranty's they sell!
