We absolutely love Lighthouse and could not be any happier! My 8 year old is in 3rd grade and we use it for after school and during summer break. My 3 year old is full time and has been since she was 12 weeks old. We have loved every class they have been in and can feel the love of each of the teachers. The front office staff is fantastic and I know I can call at any time if I want to check on my girls. The summer program is great and I love all the fun field trips they go on and still have the kids learning but in a fun way. I can not say enough great things about this place and will recommend it to anyone who asks!

Great infant care. Our daughter started here at three months and it made the transition easy. The teachers were kind and helpful and the Tadpoles daily report app made it easy to not only see her routine and schedule but also to keep it consistent over the weekends, providing guidance to us as new parents in keeping a solid sleep/feed schedule. We provided milk and diapers and kept a few sets of a change of clothes in her classroom. The live feed, password protected web cameras are a great way to keep at ease should you be apprehensive about leaving your little one while you’re at work.
My daughter has been enrolled here since 3 months (they take them as early as 6 weeks) and is now 3 years old. The staff takes care of her and treats her with love as if she were their own. I have a strong relationship with the office staff and feel comfortable talking with them about any concerns or issues. They are open with their communication and make it easy for me to access information about my daughter's development and care. Her teachers continue to be vested in her education and development and previous teachers check in with her when they see me. As a young three year old, she can spell her first and last name, identify her colors, shapes and numbers as well as count in both English and Spanish. I recently had a parent teacher conference, which I was apprehensive about given my child is only three and not in "real school" but I left being surprisingly impressed with all that she is learning and how they are measuring and charting her development and learning. They have outside time every day (usually twice), serve/provide food (lunch, snacks) daily (breakfast is available for those arriving prior to 7:15 am as they are open 6:30 - 6:30 daily). There are classroom cameras with live stream available to parents (via private password protected site for each camera). I used these much more when she was younger but it's nice to be able to monitor at any time I feel the need/want. They also have cameras for playgrounds and the splash pad which they use in the summer. Parent reports are submitted daily through an easy app called Tadpoles. You can access via phone app and/or email for daily reports, photos and videos, teacher notes and school updates. It's a great communication tool and makes it easy as a parent to stay connected.
We were looking for a nice preschool for my kid in the neighborhood and found that “Tutor Time of West Frisco” is the closet but we realized later that we made a mistake because this school is no longer tutor time it’s under new management and called “Heritage preschool Frisco”. The new management has very bad reputation and poor service. We paid a total of 4 weeks tuition up front. My kid got sick on the first day from the food that they supply. This school also allows sick and contagious students to attend and spread the disease and sickness they do not have any policy about it. The teachers are also abusive towards the small kids according to my kid. We have stopped my kid going to this sickness spreading school. They did not even return the rest of the tuition. I am going to report this to BBB and TX business bureau.
