I agree with the rest of the ratings. Their customer service is horrible. One of the salesmen was rude when they sold the shed to us. I should have walked right then. The office in Georgetown lied to me and "accidently" canceled a delivery. The second time, I asked for an early morning delivery and was told they would be there at 8 AM and they don't even start the process until 9 AM. They knew that and lied anyway. It was 11:15 when they showed up. I wasted 7 hours of my life waiting for these jerks. DON'T BUY FROM THEM.

Two months ago they sold me an RV trailer and represented it to be brand new. When it showed up, the tires had dry rot and I found it was made in 2006. TO THIS DAY, I cannot get a title from them. That means I can't insure it or get plates for it. With no plates, I can't put it on a street. The underlings at Morgan won't put me through to the President. They are forcing me to sue them, acting like it's my fault. The trailer could very well be stolen, as far as I know. NO HELP from the company! Seeing the problems, I asked them to give me my money back and take it back. They tell me ""it's my problem.""

We bought a storage at the rodeo and they were suppose to be done with the installation by sometime between end of february and mid march and is the begging of July and they still haven't finish installating the storage unit. When they delivered the floor it was damaged and I had to buy additional plywood to replace the damage floor. I am still waiting for the shelves and holders and when they sent somoene to installed them it wasn't even the right pieces I order metal support for the shelves and they wanted to installed wood. The panels are still missing and I've called Natasha in the houston location and she has treated me disrespectfully. Then I called the Dallas office and spoke to customer service and they say they will get back at me and they 2 months later they havent. They are totally taking advatage to the fact that we are older and dont' handle the english language very well so they are trying to rip us off.
NEVER buy a thing from them their ""family tradition"" as quoted in your website is to rip your customer off....

Can't say I was impressed with the delivery boys. My spa had mud on it when it arrived .. they didn't care that I dumped a ton of cash... My spa had screws missing on the cabinet and the cover on the filter missing.. Left messages called even went up there and we are still fighting to get the problem resolved.. They had no problem depositing my check for 9k.. Was suppose to get some extra aroma cartridges with it .. That didn't happen.. At this point I just want my missing parts...

Bought a brand new spa at the rodeo, it was delivered a couple months later. There was no help for the electrician and was told to go by the book which was wrong. After it was finally hooked up....the heater could be on the lowest setting and it would still heat untill it shut off. Also the hot tub would run every minute for about 30 seconds. Now let me tell you about the service. I called many times to get the one serviceman they had to come out and look at it. Never got any phone calls back!!!! I finally called the main office near Dallas and finally got someone to come out.....in two weeks. So it has been over a month...still does not work and possible will not be working for a couple more weeks.....I would never buy from these people again. I need a storage building and like the ones they have but will not give them any money ever again...not even for the chemicals for the hot tub. BEWARE!!!

This company sub hires the delivery crew and they have shabby charactor and filthy mouths.The redwood on the spa's is just stappled shabby work manship and crude and rude .The spa I bought only had 52 jets and it clearly said it had 72 jets in the show room.Because it was on the contract in writing they wouldn't return it or improve what the salesmen said I BOUGHT.
