I have been a customer of this Cleaners for over 3 years. They have always done an excellent job. They have also done several alterations and repairs for me. I could not imagine doing business with nicer people.
I have been a customer of Tops Cleaners when the current owners father ran the business. When he died the son took over and the quality and customer service are beyond compare. The professionalism and quality of work is A+++! The specialty items are handled with great care. This is a family owned drycleaning business I would recommend to the President.
Horrible customer service. No prices are available to customers. Owner did not list items on the yellow slip or prices. This dry cleaners should be reported to Better Business Bureau for deceiving the customers!
My story is a bit long. I leave very near this business. I used them despite their reviews issue free for 6 months or so. Then they ended up giving my clothes to someone else. So background is needed her, I am an unusual person. I am 6’8” bald and not easily confused for someone else yet that is exactly what they did.I ended up replacing the garment they gave away with an identical one. I then presented them with a depreciated bill for replacement cost. After a few weeks they eventually paid the replacement cost and I was going to give them another chance considering they replaced what they had given away.I received a call about an hour later asking me to pick up my clothes and that they didn’t want me as a customer anymore. So while I thought the problem was resolved and perhaps it is I am no longer welcome there. My review is this, simply avoid the issues and go elsewhere.
03/10/16 ***WARNING-WARNING-WARNING*** Manager, Sarah, is rude and unprofessional. She was asked to do an ‘iron-on’ decal for me-custom concert shirt. Advised her time is of the essence. That did not stop her from taking an extra week-just for the quote (she had a variety of excuses). She applied the numbers (baseball jersey) about 8” apart-mortified, I told her this was certainly not correct. She blamed me for leaving masking tape ‘guidelines’ on the item. She removed the numbers-but of course the glue residue remains. The shirt is ruined. I gave her an invoice of the shirt and the iron ons (less than $100). She adamantly refused to reimburse me. I STRONGLY ENCOURAGE *NOT* DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM (they have multiple locations). I plan on beginning the paperwork to take her to small claims court tomorrow-on principle. Finally, just ask yourself is this a company you want to do business with?
Do NOT take your clothes here!! This is the WORST customer service experience I have ever had. This company ripped a hole in the pants of a new suit. The owner refused pay for it. He said I was lying about the hole-- that I must have ripped it myself when I got home. He even yelled at me when I pressed the issue. Stay away!
MY clothes were still dirty when I picked them up from the cleaners. Do not use this cleaner. The clothes looked and smelled the same as when I brought them. Actually worse because the try to clean the collars of my jacket only and further damage them. And my skirt clearly had not been dry cleaned or steamed. Do not cleaner they are very very bad.
I wish I could give zero stars. They got black stuff all over the the back of a white dress shirt and it was wrinkled! They said they MIGHT be able to fix it in 2 days
Samething deceptive pricing, BIG SIGN out front clearly states mens dress shirts $0.99 for 5 or more pieces. I took 5 shirts in and they said that is ONLY if you pay FULL price for a dry cleaning item. NO where do you see that until you go into the store drop your items and get a reciept for $12+. I told them to give me back my shirts and I would find a HONEST dry cleaners that doesn't use the bait and switch on their customers
Don't go there. I brought in some feather pillows and they said it would be done by Thursday, I went on Thursday and they said it was too early and come back later. I picked them up on Friday and they upped the price they first told me. They said it's because they took too long to dry and they needed to charge me more and then were very rude and told me to never bring them back again. Believe me I'll never go back with anything ever again.
