What a joke! Two weeks for them to reach me for an appointment, two weeks until they fit us into their schedule, then cancel on you the day before! Extremely disappointed with this company.

I agree with Lataria, DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY . They never fixed my washer after several attempts. And when I tried to call to ask for something, the wife JANET was very rude. I tried to complain with the owner but it is useless since Janet is the wife of the unlucky owner. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE where you will be treated better!!! They do not deserve a 1 star at all!!
This company lacks respect, professionalism and integrity. They will NEVER get my business again. Prior to setting up my service call with the receptionist, I asked if they serviced the brand of appliance I had. I was told that they did. They gave me a 5 hour window that the tech would be by the following day to perform a diagnostic. After 5 hours of altering my schedule to stay home and wait for the tech to arrive, 1 hour of him disassembling the appliance, diagnosing the problem and assuring me that a quote would be given to me the following business day and the repair could be made. I scheduled an unpaid day off from work to be home for the repair. I received a call from the technician the day the repair was to be performed. I was told that they don't service the appliance I had. I called the office to speak with a manager to lodge a complaint. After explaining the scenario, which he was already familiar with, he tried to place the blame on me for not disclosing the brand and model prior to the tech coming out. I explained that at no point was I asked if I had this specific model of appliance, I was only asked the brand… Last time I checked, they were supposed to be the experts, not me. He insisted that he was next to his receptionist when she took my call, and that she asked specifically if I had this make and model. This was a lie on his part. Then he proceeded to insult me for making a complaint and wasting HIS time… I should've been so lucky to only have 5 minutes of my time wasted, instead I had a day and a half of mine wasted and now have to start from square one. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!
The company was a member of the BBB, so I thought they were credible. After calling around town I found it was standard to offer a partial credit for the visit fee towards future repair. After paying $65 to have the technician come out to diagnose our washing machine stopping he quickly said we needed an entirely new main controller board for over $200. We reluctantly agreed and asked about the $35 credit we'd receive towards the part. The technician knew nothing about it as he was a sub contractor and referred us to the main company number.The company denied they ever offered a credit towards repairs, asked for the manager/owner to call us back. After several days and no replies we tried again and got a very abrasive owners-wife who said we were wasting her time. Upon getting such a reaction we got a second opinion from another local company. They found that our water lines were clogged with sand/debris and after only a few minutes of cleaning the machine worked just fine (and still does!)Left a voicemail for A&R over the weekend to tell them the problem they diagnosed it with was incorrect and we would not be pursuing repairs or future work with them. The wife called back and yelled and literally screamed at me that I was liable for 20% of the part cost because they now had to go return it. There was no speaking with her, disconnected the call and never heard from them again (thankfully). Hoping this helps someone else.
Our refrigerator stopped cooling, the mechanic fixed it by changing the fun, professional, timely and very courteous him and the customer service rep, clear commination and notifying us before coming over which we loved it. Very pleased. Very reasonable value for the repair as well. Excellent service.
