30 minutes just to be checked in then the guy said it will be another 20 minutes to be helped, and it was not busy that day. Will not be going back to that store.
I have been waiting at this establishment since 0958, knowing that they would be opening up at 10:00. The time is 10:37 am and they still are not open. They date is 1/23/17.

Employee was not as thorough as he should have been in handling our concerns. W e had to make several trips to get everything set up.
I had a horrible experience with this phone shop!! I would advise others to never come here! I took my iPhone 6 here because my screen was cracked and they said they would fix it for $100. They fixed it in 2 hours and said I could take it home. The next day at home, the screen started randomly coming off. Soon after, the screen started messing up and after another 30 mins wouldn't work properly and was all black with a few colorful lines going up and down! I took it back to them the following day, and they told me they would fix it for another $100. I told them you guys messed up my phone more than when I initially brought it in. Long story short, I took my iPhone to another phone store who fixed it in 30 mins and they told me phone zone put a cheap screen on my phone. Highly reccomend people take there phones elsewhere.
Too many long customer lines . MAKES IT DIFFICULT FOR SENIORS STANDING IN THESE LINES. I'M 81 WITH BACK STRESS.
Okay this store I can at least say is horrible! 1st off I have had my phone unlocked in the past. My phone didn't work properly after that.2nd my phone I bought with taxes was $300.00.Had to wait three days for them to unlock the phone. 3rd went back the same day I finally got the phone for the 1st time.had issues since day one have gone multiple times to have issues fixed. Never been fixed. My phone started heating up for no reason and the screen internally crack. I was accused of causing the damage. And I ended up paying to get it fixed. Phone has issues and I got a damaged looking phone. Don't bother using the warranty it doesn't cover jack.
I like my sprint phone but I hate the service at the store on Blackstone and nees. They only know how to give you the run around, be down grading and disrespectful. They won't help and will not try. I won't be back at this store and I may consider another server.
—DO NOT GIVE PHONE MEDICS YOUR BUSINESS— -My iPod Touch had a broken screen. I found Phone Medics online and was attracted to their price and the fact that they were (AT THE TIME) advertising their repairs as certified by Apple Inc. -I called and paid $50 for the screen glass that they had on backorder; they said I could expect the part to be in the shop within two weeks. I called 2 weeks later; they had used MY screen on someone ELSE'S iPod Touch because "they really needed it," but they'd reorder mine with the next shipment. I call after ANOTHER 2 weeks, they had no record of me purchasing a screen through them; luckily I had the purchase receipt and they THEN (as I stayed with them on the phone) ordered my screen over the computer and gave me a confirmation number. -So after a MONTH AND A HALF they finally called for me to bring in my iPod for the screen replacement. I sit patiently in the waiting room while they took almost 2 hours to fix my screen because they had decided to take lunch right in the middle of the process rather than seeing it through or just adjusting my appointment to a later time. -The repair work looked fine when they returned it to me. However, I was informed that my volume buttons NO LONGER WORK (they don't know how they did that, or how to fix it) AS WELL as my Wifi no longer being functional (they didn't know how to fix that either. -So then my iPod was no longer working properly because they obviously didn't know how to properly change my screen, I was reassured by their comment of "Well, as least the screen isn't broken anymore! Plus, your iPod is still covered under Applecare Warranty, so you can go down to the Apple Store and have them fix your volume buttons and Wifi free of charge..." -Let's do some math: $50 parts charge + 6 weeks of waiting for service instead of the promised 2 weeks + $50 service charge + waiting through their work break = broken volume buttons + broken wifi + $5 discount for my troubles. -Those aren't even the best part either! On my way home a week later I have my iPod laying on the passenger seat plugged in and I hear a loud "CLICK" come from it as I see a corner of the screen poke up from the metal frame and send a spiderweb of cracks across the screen. I will never in my entire life give or refer business to the Phone Medics ever again.
