citi bank sucks when you call the customer service number on debit card you get a person who doesn't know what they are doing claiming my account is fraud gone into two branches to get this fixed and still going on please do not bank with Citibank if I could give minus ten I would the worse bank to deal with
This bank sucks customer service is horrible , they don't care about the customers especially the lady at the front desk at the Ashland branch. They do nothing to help you out . My daughter only 17 wanted to bank with them we went in and lady was just so rude didn't help us with anything she barely even spoke to us horrible horrible horrible
I am beyond upset with my Credit Union. I have been a member for 25 yrs. I lost my credit card after hours and was a nightmare getting through to put a stop on it. I had to wait until they opened today to speak with a live person who was so short with me should not be answering the phones. I called back to complain about the sevice spoke with a "supervisor" she was not helpful in the least.. This is the first time I have ever posted a complaint on line that's how mad I am
Withholding my check from me for over 3 days now because they do NOT trust their customers! I deposited my check before the cut off time - before 3pm. And I received an email confirmation stating that my check was approved, and it should be ready for use after 5:30pm. The next day come, I checked my online banking and my money was NOT available! I called FCCU to ask why my check is not ready for me to use. The lady who I spoke with told me that my check will not be ready in TEN DAYS!! I was furious!! I asked to speak to whomever is withholding my check from me; Faith explained to me they have to wait for it to clear- because it was in their (safety) and for mine. BS! They just do NOT trust their customers and they prefer to make me wait until this check clears! This shows that this bank do not trust nor care for their members! Even my employer told me that they have NEVER had this issue with ANY bank confirming their checks!
I have been banking here for a long time and have nothing negative or bad to say. The tellers have all been very nice and pleasant. I have and will continue to refer people to my bank. I just wish they had Saturday hours too.saJust giving everyone fair warning . . . ���� Almost all the accounts are being hacked. The profile picture and your name are used to create a new face book account. And then they want your friends to add them, your friends think it's you and accept. From this moment, the pirates can write what they want under your name!! ..... I want you to know I have NO plans to open a new account, so please do not agree to a 2nd invitation from me!! They kept calling and calling me to tell me I was late on my loan payment and when I called them to make a payment they wanted to charge me a $10 fee just to make my payment over the phone. I told the teller that I've never been charged $10 before and she referred me to their online banking which is a nightmare to get on and access. I've called before and encountered one of thee rudest tellers who didn't have a clue what I was talking about even after explaining the situation to her over and over again. I do NOT care for this bank at all and I wish I had my loan elsewhere. Unfortunately I had give it a one star rating, if it were up to me it'd be none.
Worse bank I've ever seen
This is the third time I've tried to explain to one of their tellers that I need to know what information I need in order to have something direct deposit into my savings. Each time they tell me I have to wait and talk to a customer service representative so I wait thinking this time I'll get the correct answer... but NO! I wait and then they tell their is nothing special I need to do, but my company still can't get the deposit into the correct account! Frustrating!
I don't know what this company does for me and when I call to ask about this company I am told that the person I need to talk to is in a meeting but don't get ask when to call back or ask for my info before I was hung up on I am spending money with them and feel like I'm throwing it away =(
