This is the only Iranian congregation in the central valley, California. I've been blessed so much for worshiping the Lord in Persian language. I would recommend for all Iranians and those who speak and understand Persian/Farsi to attend this Church. They have English interpretation too via earphones.
I absolutely love it hear, holy spirit leads all the services. Family friendly, I've always felt so welcome here since day 1. Diversity is welcome, every we have only English service right now but bilingual worship. Prayer all week also Tuesday 10am(in the office) Wed before bible study 6pm Thursday woman's prayer+bible study 10 (office also). Come enjoy the fellowship but most important our God, let him speak to you vlearly . every service is another confirmation its wonderful.
This is a very warm and friendly church.
This church is a joke nothing but gossip and the church elders are rude and think they are better than everyone else . They promote divorse and shun people who have been in the church for years. I would not go back here for anything.
If you are looking for a liberal religious home, this could be the church for you. My husband and I have been members for over two years. The minister is inspiring and they have a very active group of lay leaders. The congregation is friendly. UUs don't have a credo or catechism, they don't all believe the same thing about the nature or even existance of God. But they're okay with diferences of belief. What they do share is a faith in the "worth and dignity of every person", "the interdependent web of life", "a free and responsible search for truth and meaning", the "democratic process", "justice, equity and compassion" and a commitment to working for peace. They walk the walk on protecting the environment and have an award-winning LEED campus with solar panels. The sanctuary is beautiful and modern.
this is a great church, a real asset to the community.
