Doug is a horrible owner!!! My pool has looked like shit since I hired him. I am going to post a picof what my pool looks like now. I'm not sure if it's a pool or a pond. That's how green my pool looks like now. Whomever came to service my pool from his company yesterday also broke my pool equipment latch and didn't say anything, they just left the piece on top hoping I didn't notice! Lucky for me, I have cameras.

Horrible service & a lier when he first came out to look at my pool he said he could tame care of my algae issue without having to drain it a month went by algae was still there asked him why he said that he never told me he could take care of it that he would have to drain which wasn't true! He just stopped showing up 2 wks ago no notice nothing checked my pool water no chemicals in it what so ever he wouldnot refill my tablets either because of him not adding chemicals to my pool & not adding tablets to my dispenser I now have a pool that's turning green & can't get it clear!! I've been able to get it clear before but this guy really screwed me because he was'nt doing his job properly! Will let everyone I know not to hire this service at all!!!
The acid wash left stains in the quartz. It is not even. They're a couple of tiles that needed more grout. They were aware of that and they were going to repair it but never did. We paid thousands of dollars but didn't receive quality work. They also took my front water hose. I've let them know about that but no one has responded back. They also said that the quartz plaster would cost $4900 and in the end they charged $5100. They also said they were coming out a certain day and time but never did. I have text messages indicating that. Overall I thought it was a bad experience.
Worst choice you could possibly make Horrible service, they do not know how to perform their job, not to mention they skip weeks at a time.
Mike is the best pool man I ever had. He's so knowledgeable and professional with the care of our pool & spa. We'd recommend him to anyone. If he's good enough to take care of FSU. He can take care of me.
Be very careful with this company. Doug, the what ever, is not responsive to customer issues. I can't believe that during these hard times for companies, that any company would be willing to lose business over Customer satisfaction issues. That could be fixed so easily if Doug wanted to and when it is a 4 Season Pool issue to begin with.
Spoke to the owner directly, Todd. Good communication, affordable and fair. My pool was in bad shape, Todd pulled the permit, they emptied it, sand blasted the tile, high pressured wash the deck etc, and I could not be more happier. Good crew and no hidden cost. Quoted price was firm and exact upon completion of service. Highly recommend.
I have been using his services since I got my pool, he is very professional and courteous. Anytime I have a question or problem, he always have an answer or fixes whatever needs to be fixed. Very knowledgeable of what he is doing, he goes the extra mile for you. I highly recommend his services.
Joe and his team are great, on time, and professional. Joe offers welcomed suggestion, on how to make my pool equipment more efficient. Joe got me a great deal on a pool sweep. Joe has always been fair with his rates, and I can count on the job getting done right. I would highly recommend Pristine Pool Service.
Our experience with this company:The owner turned our house over to his nephew shortly after we started service. We had to be home on the day he serviced our pool (Fridays) to bring our dogs in the house, otherwise, the nephew would leave and not clean the pool when the dogs started barking at him. He did this on at least one occasion that we observed. The nephew would park his truck across our driveway, blocking all three cars, so that we could not leave to go to work or take our kids to school in the morning until he left. They took time off without advanced notice (our service day was on Friday and we received a notice on Saturday that they had taken the week off). Would have been nice to know in advance so that we did not have our dogs locked up in the house all day. We paid for full service and the nephew rarely swept the pool, usually only the steps if that, and we would watch him while he was at the house. Would give zero stars based on our experience if possible.
