An unethical company that will -- literally -- leave you stranded by the roadside. My beloved 1995 GMC Sportsmobile was running fine -- with a brand-new battery and alternator -- when I brought it in to Sportsmobile West to have a new isolator installed. This should have been a simple procedure. More than five hours later, the techs told me they could not do the work. They added that there was something wrong with my alternator -- which had been working perfectly five hours earlier -- and recommended I visit a mechanic on my way back north. Knowing I planned to drive ten hours south that night, they let me go. (Before I left, a tech lied to me, saying the alternator was erratic, but putting out some power.) Two hours later, my van died in the middle of a highway. It's now one day later. I've had the van towed three times and taken it to two mechanics. No one can figured out what the heck Sportsmobile did to my wiring. Sportsmobile is still blaming the alternator and has expressed no concern over the fact that my van stalled out on a busy freeway. They're friendly enough when you show up...but when the chips are down, you'll find some seriously unprofessional, cold and dishonest people there. Something happened in those five plus hours when they had my van. They would rather cover their behinds than own up to the mistake, whatever it was. I emailed CEO Alan Feld, who was cold and did not apologize...and also blamed my alternator, expressing no concern about a mid-freeway breakdown that could have gotten me and my passenger killed. I am still stranded with a dead van and no explanation.

Worse buying experience ever had. Found trailer made deal, bought it cash in full. At walk through guy tried to lie and tell us tires were new they are stamped 2013, not new. Found awning didn't work. They kept trailer extra week longer than service promised then tried to over charge. Awning didn't work when we came to pick it up. FINALLY, after Almost 5 hours of the service group not knowing how to install a new awning correctly so it could do both functions unroll AND retract.we were never being able to hook up to our new trailer. Top manager (I guess , would never introduce himself ) said WE, disrespected him and would give us a check (for in full) for our new trailer... funny thing I have never meet anyone who said they had a good experience with any part of Paul Evertts. Sadly no employee there gives a damn that their customers are so disgusting by the way they are being treated.
I wish I could give a five star review Id be a happy camper instead a very unhappy one. Bought a RV at a show in Reno WOW can they talk but sure didn't deliver They sold the motorhome and got out of town. They contracted to have the work done by a Reno rv place needless to say The solar system that was supposed to work doesn't. NOW WHAT? I guess I'm left holding the bag. If I'd bought from a local dealer I could go raise ned but I made a mistake If a motorhome sales place travels out of town BEWARE I learned the hard way.
Very dishonest group of people. We went into the Fresno dealership on a Sunday ready to purchase an RV. We found the one we wanted, but were very set regarding the payment amount we did not want to exceed. The salesmen (there were two) told us "No Problem" when we discussed the payment issues with them. We sat down in their office, negotiated the details of the sale (i.e. down payment, monthly payment, delivery date etc.). They took our CASH down payment out of the room to their financial office to begin the formal drafting of the contract. They returned to advise us that they were not able meet our requirements for the payment amount after all, and tried to strongly negotiate a higher monthly payment. We held firm as we did not want to exceed the budget we had planned for. At this point the salesmen were never heard from again. We were then passed on to the Sales Manager, Julian Castillo. We had a good credit score so he suggested that we let them work with a few other banks on Monday to give us more options. We agreed, although the atmosphere and behavior of the salesmen were odd. We asked for our cash down payment back since we did not enter into an agreement and were informed that it had been put into their safe and they had no key to it. We were not happy about it, but Julian gave us a receipt calling our down payment a "deposit" and refused to budge. Due to the strange goings on, we felt uncomfortable to continue in any arrangement with this dealership and called them within 30 minutes of leaving to advise them of our decision. Julian was not available by phone at that time, so we left a message. For the past four weeks we have continued to try to get our money back. They have agreed to, told us a check is in the mail (even gave a check number), but we have received nothing. We have been treated rudely, and are now being completely ignored. We are headed to small claims court at this point. We would never recommend doing business with this group. They take the joke about used car salesmen to a new level. Absolute shysters!
