I got 1 prescription once a month at this pharmacy for 2 years. Now, due to a new manager they refuse to fill because I get a completely unrelated prescription at another pharmacy. Will never shop there again, and I hope you don't.
Ray Fisher Med Trans is contracted with my insurance for medical transport. I only rode with them twice, but the drivers were on time, professional, and courteous and I can't recommend them highly enough. I don't drive and Med Trans is my only way to my Dr Appts, so I've been a passenger of most of the different companies. Thumbs up!
Great people, very fast and very nice open on the weekends
I have been going here for several years and have received nothing but excellent service from day one! They talk to you and ask you about how your feeling etc and care very much! They give the type of service you can't get at the bigger stores where you are ignored and treated like a customer not a person! Manor Drug's staff is the very best! Ignore the bad review! In all the years I have been going I have never seen them treat anyone with anything but respect! If someone received less I would guess they earned it in a bad way because I've also seen them take large amounts of time (always still polite) to help difficult people. I am a customer! I am in no way related and don't work there. I just believe in giving credit where credit is due!! People jump to give bad reviews.... They deserve credit for being the best!
Was in Fresno 2 months ago went in to pick up my cc eye cream. She was out except for a tube that was opened , no box. I went back home to Stockton and got it. I'm back in Fresno so I call her and asked if she had some in "oh yes" are you sure I ask. (I didn't want to make the trip is she was out). I get in there and she pulls out a tube with no box and says it's brand new and the only one left. I ask her how much it is and she says same as in the box, I said how much is that? She tell me five dollars plus tax more than I pay with tax. Grabbed my credit card and was out of there. CON ARTIST !!!!!!
I was disrespected by one of the pharmacy helpers Emmanuel. He wasn't any help he had zero customer service.
Store called to say prescription was ready, Went to drive up but clerk said she couldn't give it to me unless the pharmacist was there to sign off on it because she was on break and would be back in 15 minutes. Not convenient I have picked this same prescription up many times before no problem. When the call and say its ready , it should be ready period.
The location is convenient enough as I'm near Palm and Clinton. As far as expertise they are probably as knowledgeable as any other pharmacy. However they are extremely lacking in service. If you call wanting to speak to a pharmacist you might be on hold for more then 30 minutes. If you go to drive thru you may sit outside for more then 30 minutes. They are either extremely short staffed or simply slow as molasses. I think it's short staffed but why they don't get more help is beyond me as this has been an ongoing problem. Last time they will have me waiting. I'm transferring all my prescriptions to Palm and Shaw.
The products are excellent but this store is so unpredictable regarding when it will be open. On three different occasions I have driven 20-30 minutes to get to this store and there is a sign on the window that says they are closed for some reason or another. Really? Is this a business? So, I tried the other Merle Norman. They are open but usually do not feel very welcomed in the store. Paso Robles has a GREAT Merle Norman.
Pretty good for everything but the pharmacy. Have to wait at least two hours for meds, only to be told that they will call me in a couple of days when they are ready. This happened every time, for antibiotics, my kids steroids(bad immune systems), nebulizers, inhalers, allergy meds, epi-pens. I finally got tired of the hastle, the waiting for them to call me. So I decided to transfer and fill the scipts at a nearby CVS. Well about two weeks later no meds. Figuring it was CVS I go there to check on the status. The same pharmacy tech is there and she says she remembers me. She pulls up my kids file and says oh looks like rite aid never responded to our request for the transfer. CVs had faxed them three times and called a few times trying to get rite aid to respond. Guess what???? Still waiting, my kids are out of their meds, meds that are life and death for them!!!! Don't worry I'm not just writing a bad review I'm going there today to handle this, I will so in front of their register until this is fixed!!! Then, I am done with rite aid, this has just been absolutely infuriating!!!!!!
