Was horrible the front desk and medical assistant were amazingly really nice the provider was a joke for being a nurse practitioner. Well never ever go there they have xrays So you send me out so I can wait 3 hours with my son in pain was not even close to being seen I had to walk out . instead of making someones company money and making such an inconvenience for us is really sad. With all the issues my son had falling on concrete you should of known better I saw reviews really thought he was gonna see a Dr. If someone doesnt know please send him to be seen by someone who knows I sat there listening to all her b.s. I just needed to get out of there telling me about him not having a fracture and how it is sprained wow really you dont have xrays but you magically can see this and then you send me off with 90 iburophen , 30 flexeril , and 10 pills of pain meds really did I not give his history. So wrong she was not even gonna do thatjust the flexeril . I asked her about pain meds shes like What do you want? Omg hello to see my child better dont expect miracles but he needed pain meds the lowest dose because of his health issues. He had been taking alieve and iburophen already. Regardless there is technology out there to see if someone is abusing these things . Dont stereo type and judge people send him to see the MD at other office and there wait time was 1 1\\2 So now no xrays a wasted day . just wish he could of been seen by a doctor .
Well I've gone here 3 times and each time there was NO people waiting so I got right in to get my blood drawn- No problem w/that, either- Just wham, bam, thank u 'Mam - HA - 'Course, maybe I just got lucky all 3 times but I'll find out next week when I go in again
At one point in time this was an amazing health clinic, but that has changed. In the last few months, my appointments have been changed at the last moment. I've been forced to see a Nurse Practitioner who was still in training when my appointment was to see Dr. Wilson for a follow up on a complex issue. In my most recent visit, I was talked down to by a provider who I don't think took the time look over my medical record, and wasn't aware of the history. When I asked for a referral because of a chronic issue, we were treated as if this was our first point of contact and stated he did not have enough evidence to refer me. I have provided this office a paper copy of my medical records, including MRI results and other tests done. I'm not sure if this provider did not look at my records, or if those records were lost. He pushed for x-rays and treated me like I needed to start from square one. I would have been open getting a x-ray done, but I also feel like this provider should have looked over my records and scans before trying to get more tests done. He treated us like this was our first visit to a doctor we visited about this particular issue, it isn't. When we questioned him about the MRI's and other scans done, this provider replied in annoyed tone said "it will be up to the spine guys to review that". The woman handling medical records seems to be unaware of the federal law. They are breaking federal regulations, claiming that they can only provide paper copies. I'm sending out a fax and registered letter requesting me records in a electronic format with copies of of the federal law that states: a patient has the “right to obtain from [their health care providers] a copy of [their medical records] in an electronic format,” 42 USC § 17935(e)(1).
My Dr. has ordered some blood work. I have called several numbers trying to ascertain whether or not I must fast before the blood work. It is impossible to be connected to a living and breathing person to ask any questions. Several numbers are not working and when I have gotten a working number the only options are to listen to useless information. Then when being transferred to a number to actually talk to someone I get another recording telling me the representatives are helping others to please call back, then I am hung up on. Bullshit
We enlisted the aid of Valley Drug Test in late summer of 2016 to do our remote testing of new hires on a major project. Valley Drug Test has been absolutely fantastic. Jagmeet is the consummate professional and has been extremely accommodating. We recently had to do a post-accident test after hours and once again Jagmeet met our needs rather than sticking to a posted hours of operation. When you find a service oriented company like Valley Drug Test you stick with them. I would give Jagmeet ten stars if YP would allow it.
TERRIBLE SERVICES. THE OFFICE WAS FULL OF PEOPLE AT 10:20 A.M. AND NO PHLEBOTOMIST IN THE OFFICE. I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE AGAIN. BATHROOMS WERE DIRTY AND STAFF RUDE. FIRST AND HERNDON WASN'T ANY BETTER WHEN I FOUND ONLY ONE PERSON RUNNING THE FRONT DESK AND DRAWING BLOOD. TERRIBLE.
They are horrible. If you have small veins this is definitely not a place to go. They poke me twice and no blood came out. Will never go back.
Everyday Heath care Impressed me so much that now it's become my go to choice for Any kind of Health needs!!!!! From the fast & Friendly service at the check in desk to time getting in to a room has never been more than 15mins. To The Caring Dr's. that Really listens to you!! The Whole experience is A easy 5 Starr from me
Clean facility and the staff and Doctor were very approachable. I didnt have an appointment and they accommodated me. My visit was quick and easy. I'd highly recommend!
I've been going to this facility on & off for 25 years for a variety of needs. In 2012 I was without insurance & a Doctor. My first visit back was a stressful time in my life but the medical assistant was so very caring and said "Don't worry, your with us now". Was also first time meeting Dr. Wilson who listened to my circumstances & was not only compassionate but truly listened and sincerely cares! Since then I've watched this facility transform to the best I've ever known it to be! The "Key Reason" is the change of ownership. Dr. Wilson is not just one of the most caring Dr.'s I've met but very much in touch with the whole experience from start to finish of when a patient walks in, to when they walk out. He has completely changed the whole experience compared to how I had known it. All the staff he has in place have made the atmosphere noticeably happier! I felt the difference almost instantly after the change of ownership! The staff smile, greet and know you. They are quick to help, handle questions and with a SMILE that you hear in their voice & see on their face! I love the fact that most of the time when you call, you actually get a live person instead of a recording!! That's a rarity in itself! The overall experience of compassion & efficiency compared to how I've experienced other medical offices & staff is "Unmatched"!! I'm very grateful for all of them & their continued help, ethics & sincerity! Thank you so very much Dr. Wilson & staff!!
