This bank sucks customer service is horrible , they don't care about the customers especially the lady at the front desk at the Ashland branch. They do nothing to help you out . My daughter only 17 wanted to bank with them we went in and lady was just so rude didn't help us with anything she barely even spoke to us horrible horrible horrible
I am beyond upset with my Credit Union. I have been a member for 25 yrs. I lost my credit card after hours and was a nightmare getting through to put a stop on it. I had to wait until they opened today to speak with a live person who was so short with me should not be answering the phones. I called back to complain about the sevice spoke with a "supervisor" she was not helpful in the least.. This is the first time I have ever posted a complaint on line that's how mad I am
I have been banking here for a long time and have nothing negative or bad to say. The tellers have all been very nice and pleasant. I have and will continue to refer people to my bank. I just wish they had Saturday hours too.saJust giving everyone fair warning . . . ���� Almost all the accounts are being hacked. The profile picture and your name are used to create a new face book account. And then they want your friends to add them, your friends think it's you and accept. From this moment, the pirates can write what they want under your name!! ..... I want you to know I have NO plans to open a new account, so please do not agree to a 2nd invitation from me!! Worse bank I've ever seen
My only dealings were with the new accounts department and the bank manager, Sheryl Pool. We sat there for 2 hours and opened a checking and savings account with a promotional mailer offering $200 if you open a checking account. The new accounts rep, Richard advised us that we also qualified for an additional $100 if we opened up a savings account too. About a month went by and we never received this promotional promise. Thinking it was probably just an error we called Richard and he said he'd look into it. Another two weeks went by so we followed up again with Richard and he again told us he'd look into it. He then got back to us saying the coupon was expired. We then called the bank manager and she said she'd call us back the next day and let us know what's going. Eight days went by with no follow-up so I called Sheryl today and she said there was nothing she could do. The employee in this case was a reflection of management as they were both very inept. The error was on their side and this should have been fixed accordingly. I wouldn't do business with these folks and it's unfortunate Chase has them representing them.
Tried to illegally repo my truck..pop up curb drove over the grass and opened the side gate and started to back in when we stopped them.said we did not pay our last and final truck payment of 456.00 back in july and now owe 2550.00 for late fees..I called the clovis,ca PD and they had them leave and on there way out they wrecked into my raised brick that retains the yard,broke sprinklers,and left oil stains on my fresh winter rye..BEWARE..Truck was paid in full JULY 2012
